Having read the bulletin board today, I share the positive sentiment, such as AN said this and AN said that. Although it doesn't stack up to much in my opinion. Yes yes, we all love Andrew for many good reasons, but having a great communicator who is highly qualified, energetic and focused individual with incredible foresight in the driving seat is NOT a good enough reason to put my hard earned money into an investment in my book, but it certainly helps!

I am interested to know what is the one thing about Angle PLC or Parsortix that persuades you to invest here. I am not looking to shoot any one down and this is not a competition to get the most liked comment. We all have different ideas and I am sure we can appreciate all contributions. I will start.

I like the gentle fluidic systems that can capture whole intact and (so we currently believe) undamaged cancer cells or clusters for analysis.

This is a reasonable assessment IMO, but be in no doubt the banks are going to be in the box seat. The structure of the debt financing will have an important bearing on future dividends IF, finance is approved!

If FDA really liked this idea, would they do all they can to ensure Angle do not screw this up.

I recall AN remarking that the current PSA test creates an extremely high number of false positives so introducing Parsortix would save tissue biopsy in a number of cases. Angle would need to make a water tight case for that mind.

I am not sure of the answer but we already know that Parsortix can not only flag up, but also capture intact CTC's or clusters. Such cells can then be studied within 90 hours at our labs. That in itself is groundbreaking. Lets say a Doctor or Oncologist suspects cancer. It would be pretty handy to confirm their suspicion either way within 90 hours or there about's, but I suspect Parsortix may play a role and not be the deciding factor in final diagnosis.

As I presume that none of us have the authority to answer the question with absolute confidence. I would suggest it is best ask Angle directly as they have been involved in every study regarding Parsortix and no one is better placed to answer than them.

I have been researching Covid treatments recently (actual ones being used in hospitals and used in trials). Tocilizumab, Basiliximab, Remdesivir, Dexamathazone etc. These are repurposed drugs so they have already been approved. Quite apart from having a ton of data already, they have been retrialled/repurposed in the treatment of Covid. What I am saying is little old SNG dont have a snowballs chance in hell of making the grade as they have arrived so late to the party.

That said, the data is impressive and as Covid is not going anywhere for years to come it may well have a place at the table???

If you look at the data for Dexamethasone for example, it is both outstanding in some trials whilst proving to be no use what so ever in other trials. It is the same for Tocilizumab and other treatments. The same can be said for SNG's therapeutic...

It all depends on the trial and I don't mean some trials are good or bad. It depends on the purpose, dosage, and at which point the patient receives the therapeutic.

It is basically not as easy as some pharma are going to buy SNG. Personally dont see that ever happening but they may yet have a drug that is useful.

TB is like Delboy IMO. Always has something to sell but the trick is not to be a Boycee or worse a Rodney. Honestly I fully expect him to start selling glow in the dark spring water. No doubt people would still buy it!

He reminds me of the guy at Glastonbury that was selling bottles of water for a £1 or 3 for £5…

His investments are almost always sentiment driven so that is a good place to be if you time it right. Keep watching and dip in and out I would say. Never hold long term.

One thing has really struck me about capturing CTC's.

A whole CTC or cluster of them, could well be viewed as importantly as forensic evidence is to a a crime scene, or in fact a crime in progress.

When capturing CTC's, Parsortix applies a similar pressure to CTC's as they experience in the human blood stream. That is so very important IMO.

I believe share price will travel upwards due to something as unscientific as FOMO.

MABS are a good space to be in. I was watching AMA & FDA webinar on COVID therapeutics and MABS certainly are playing a part although a lot depends on trial set up.
