Regarding memory killer T cells,

What use are they if cancer changes or spreads? Do the platforms that SCLP, Biontech and others are developing have a broad effect or is it just to early to say. I appreciate that therapies can be adjusted, but that is dependent on identifying change or spread. Sorry to be straight to the point but it seems like an obvious question, all be it from a half baked unscientific poster like me.

I think the bottom line will be regulating interferons with a mixture/****tail of therapies. Too little interferon is bad but too much can be devastating for the patient. It looks like SNG’s years of development will pay dividends but it’s not going to be as easy as people think. For a severely ill patient in hospital it will be key to prove SNG can be tolerated AND allow for other treatments should the patient require them. Same with modern cancer therapies as each patients experience and reaction is different.

It is not good enough to say SNG is safe. It’s not about it working alone IMO.

How often have we seen contradictory data sets in MABs analysis for example when used to treat Covid. Tocilizumab being one example. It all depends on the who ,what, and when you are looking at this kind of data. Frankly its all way above my head but if we are capturing RNA and proteins whilst Cellsearch isn't, then I believe we should give Parsortix leeway.

Yes I could see the SP being held yesterday. Anytime it tried to push £1.77 it was getting sold down. I think that if polar are selling they will try and extract the max by adjusting. Unlike Jupiter at Angle who were willing to take anything. Let’s see.

Also, we know who the seller is now so no need for crazy bulletin board theories. Just to add the SP has held up well considering sells. It explains why we never got a big move upwards but on the other hand it didn’t sink.

An institution or fund sell. Look @ Jupiter selling down Angle Plc to 39p 6 or 8 months ago. The SP has quadrupled since. Even with the news flow funds have their reasons for selling so don’t sweat it…

What does this mean for SP? Maybe no increase but it is further evidence that Parsortix may well be worthy of FDA approval. Also, we seem to find these peer reviews before Angle are able to RNS them! We await the RNS…

HZM can only go up or down and it is unlikely to stay where it is. I started buying in the 8’s and have been adding under 6.5 with an ideal target of 6.2p. I don’t think it will drop into 5’s from this level. It would need to drop to low 6’s before 5’s. on the other hand good news and it should fly. I think it depends how hard nosed you want to be about buying. It is a buyers market so important not to get locked in too high.
