Have to agree Aquae re FDA. The only way I see this failing is due to a mistake from Angle. But, you would think a company in Angles line of business would not make a fundamental mistake in the application. It certainly appears that Parsortix itself is worthy. Surely FDA would forgive a small error in the application so the only concern is if FDA feel unable to overlook an error.

Aside from FDA it is encouraging to see commercial opportunities being turned into ££$$€€. Can’t argue with cold hard cash via contracts and that is without FDA approval. Momentum building here and my faith continues to be validated by achievement of AN and the Angle team.

I think it is important to recognise what Parsortix does and that is capture whole and likely undamaged live CTC’s. Beyond that it is down to assays, science, research and trial set up. That is where the really clever stuff is and will happen. BUT, currently none of this is possible unless Parsortix captures those pesky cells. I think one day science will take Parsortix for granted and that will be a great day for fighting cancer.

Re: Sensitivity, Parsortix is used to capture whole intact CTC’s and whilst there may be a measure of sensitivity, it is largely irrelevant IMO as Parsortix is not detecting traces as part of a puzzle. It is capturing the whole CTC or cluster for investigation. That’s when the assays come in. At least that is where my understanding.
I am happy to be corrected and educated by more knowledgeable people.

Your description makes Angle sound like a prospective mining company! IMO they are a very well run and organised business with a major inflection point to be decided shortly. I do understand frustration at paper profits disappearing as this happens to me more often than I care to admit! But, this is Angle and no matter what I will stick with my conviction.

If you feel uncomfortable then maybe sell some and take a breather. You can always buy back in if approval happens. You would potentially only lose some profits. On the other hand if it drops considerably before approval then you could buy back in at a more comfortable level.

Clearly this is not advice but I do think people should be comfortable with their investments.

It a de novo application. That basically means first, so is very difficult to achieve. However Angle have been preparing for 8 years. Have spent 2 years talking to FDA about approval set up and process. Applied in September 2020. Received an AIR (additional information request) in March 2021. Have replied to that about 7 weeks ago and now await FDA Next move. To be honest who can say if they get approval with FDA.

As an aside they have 45 peer reviewed papers where Parsortix has been central to studies in a range of cancers and basically it can beat the market leader Cellsearch hands down based on scientific peer reviewed studies. I am very hopeful.

Even if it fails FDA I will use it as an opportunity to accumulate cheap shares.

Other expected news on commercial contracts. Ovarian cancer study and development of assays which they are keeping secret so not to overshadow and distract from Parsortix.

Angle my second biggest holding. £1.07 is bargain territory IMO. With a £1k punt you stand to lose 40% or at least 2 bag following FDA approval. If you hold then anywhere 5 to 10 bag is written all over this one.

Added another 1000 shares @ £1.0795. I am fairly sure that it will drop toward £1 mark but unless your buying tens of thousands there really is no point penny pinching IMO.

I now hold a lot of cash as I have been selling down for two weeks. Aim has been lack lustre with a few exceptions for a while in my view. The blue chips have shown weakness today… let’s hope it’s just a blip. Time will tell.

Shares across the board are getting hammered and it would not surprise me if they all dropped considerably ala spring 2020. Not a time to sell your conviction holdings IMO.

Melrose, LGen etc looking unsteady as I believe the market feels uneasy about the restrictions being lifted.

My average @ Angle is 79p so no need to hold my breath yet. Give this a few months and it should easily double.
