This is bulletin board is hierarchical imo. I read fact. Listen to the MD’s interpretation. Evaluate the whole business dynamics. Last and by no means least, I read this bulletin board rarely. Posters do not influence me or my decisions. There is simply too much drama, history, emotion and vitriol to sift through to get to the good points people make. I think I represent the silent majority that has their own convictions. Not part of a gang and don’t want to be thank you very much. I don’t need to belong.

Looking at this through the prism presented by ‘posters’. is a mistake imo.

Is one of the most respected posters on the meditech, pharmaceutical bulletin boards where those of us that deal in fact appreciate his knowledge and insight. If you calm down and stop being so defensive you will appreciate that he only has astute and insightful views that add to the conversation. Sometimes it is good to hear from those that have different views, especially in an echo chamber such as this bulletin board.

Fund raising in this market is tough. It doesn’t matter who you think you are or what you bring to the market, you want fining then you sup it up. Therefore SD has done very well by us yet again

AN does articulate the difference between Parsortix and others in the liquid biopsy space very well. However, we are brand new to the space and others are years ahead in terms of evolution, development and market penetration. Albeit with an arguably inferior test. But they are their tests. For the reasons AN points out we have every reason to see Parsortix emerge successful in time. But if you are a patient in need today, Parsortix can only help with MBC. Hopefully Ovarian will be added shortly and prostate in around a year. I would like to see these smaller tests prove clinical relevance by having more larger studies underway just like ovarian and prostate. These are our vital pipeline. Then we can get accreditation or regulatory approval.

The direct answer is look at any DNA based test. We cannot simply hijack our competitors and peers test because we think our own is better. It sounds like you are looking at this from a clinicians perspective. That being, which you would choose if you were in their shoes?

Worth looking at Angle Plc also Saint, but you may know that from Avacta as some are always swapping between the two. Also has a TG group for Parsortix which is second to none for research.

You are missing the point. The liquid biopsy space exists. Parsortix is part of that space now but in clinical terms it joined 3 months ago, and, in a smaller place still; MBC. The idea that because of this, other tests and peers are no longer or somehow immediately less relevant is flawed. Time frames may change this but as it stands we collaborate. So we should not dismiss those fragments of dead cancer cells from which DNA is analysed and remedies given to cancer patients.

Moab, As I understand it, actually Parsortix does both. It captures both fragments of dead cells and whole intact living tumour cells. That doesn’t mean we should discount using other tests in combination with our own. Or that Parsortix should be used instead of others. Unique circumstances mean the clinician will likely decide?
