RE: Abbott30 Sep 2022 10:00
Angle will be taken over at some point by somebody, for some price. I suppose Abbot are the most likely candidate but who knows.
Personally I think it is very disingenuous to suggest this as despite the fact that it is inevitable. It gives certain types of investors an easy option don't you think?
What about all the hard work getting Parsortix De Novo approved? The many peer reviewed research. The endless hours, months and years of hard work at the very finest standard to set this device as stand alone as best in class. The assays development, relationship building, the avoidance of dilution to raise the necessary capital. The fact that it has been done with no debt. I could go on but what I am saying is, lazy investors are harping on about "the big payday" they are going to get when this is sold! They are trying to jostle to the front to say I called it first! When, in reality, the rest of us already know the inevitable outcome. It isn't a major factor.
It will get sold. Just like a hot prospect footballer that the big teams want to buy before their rivals.
Try and appreciate what Angle has here. I know you are all just investors. After all, anybody can press the buy button and own a piece of the pie. Yes you can shout from the side lines that Angle and AN are not working hard enough but understand that as share holders you bring nothing to the party. We are just fly's on the ass of this magnificent beast! Sucking a bit of blood (profit). The staff and directors on the other hand work tirelessly no doubt.
The least the heralders of "the great buyout theory" can do is ensure that people understand Angle and Parsortix well enough that when the buyer does come knocking, we all understand the true value and do not settle for a crappy one bag...
