BBC East Midlands News (TV)have covered the Nottingham University vaccine but did not mention Scancell!! It was a nine event as far as publicity is concerned. But that is the beeb for you.

Funny, I remember being in Valirix last year when the SP hit 60p on anticipation of phase 2 results. With all due respect to that Company I believe we have a lot more going for us here. Covidity will at the very least showcase our science.

Back to Sclp, hoping for 35p as Zak Mirs mentioned some weeks ago. Not selling a share as the sentiment is strong IMO. Many sticky fingers holding these shares. So many of us see the long term potential here and with the support and confidence of Vulpes and Redmile, not to mention some government commitment.

I have added anything under 1p for ufo and anything close to 3p forECR. My method is having multiple 100,000 shares means I make £1k per 1p SP increase per 100,000. That of course is dependant on top slicing.

These entry prices maybe not commonly be available as warrants have been issued and exercised and placings are uncommon with ufo and non existent with ECR. There for you might have to bite the bullet and pay 1.1 ufo and 3.5 ECR. Still worth it IMO.

Bought back into OMI this afternoon @ 33.4p using quarter of my profits. Plan is to buy in fully only if it drops due to delays or something. Otherwise I will be asking for a tip from your good self or other members!!

OMI: From 33p you might gain 15% short term. In time it will multi bag from 40p but it may retrace at times.

If you want to learn about mining I would sit on ECR board and listen and learn from Gino and Talking Sense. Also Alfa and Farma Frog on BMN board.

Talking sense especially as he understands the system.

If I were you I would play ultra safe with UFO and ECR. Hold some shares while you figure the whole mining thing out. Easy to get spiked in mining.

Don’t think you can go far wrong with BMN.

10 grams per ton is very good IMO. Visible gold is also very interesting!! Craig Brown at ECR is good for his word IMO. He has lots of experience bringing mines into production.

I am trying to buy back into OMI. However mining is not so simple. If they announce expected results then the price will sky rocket. Over a week or so It will retrace heavily as the mine will need to be built. Timing is everything with mining as the price peaks and troughs with the fazes.

That said, OMI is probably far better than GGP all things considered. They have a JV in place that is conditional on proving up (which is being done now).

I would recommend some with OMI but also look at ECR who are at an earlier stage. Mining is all about volumes of shares so turning up late to the party is very risky, even if you invest in OMI ( some have already made money like me!)

John, Troajan and Ihowells have good views on mining also so maybe they have something to add.

To be clear, a block listing saves the share holder updating regularly by the company doing so in a block list every 6 months. Do I understand this correctly?

I rate BMN as highly as SCLP. Both are complex plays but are long term investments. Much better than the usual trash on AIM.

There are easier plays for making money but I believe both will yield pounds and not pence.

Of course my tolerance and experience is not as great as other posters so DYOR.

I nearly did the same but took the dog for a walk instead. Your money is safe @ these levels IMO. I will most likely top up BMN if OMI does not retrace soon.
