The original intention was to build the mine in a factory. Apparently this is becoming more popular. It cuts down build time on site from 300 days to 30. Also the amount of workmen on site from hundreds to a specialist team of just 30. Being in Madagascar this seems to be sensible. Now I cannot be sure how they are funding the build, but they are being funded by Sir Mick Davis new company (name escapes me!) to the tune of $29million US. That would be more than enough to fund the mine which should be operational within a year. That includes factory build and testing production off site for a month.

If you look at a similar deal struck with Ferro (Far). The capital will come in 3 tranches. So I would be careful about hanging back to long as when or if the first part of funding is released, the SP may spike again @ 55 cents.

Therefore I have split my first purchase into two. Some yesterday at 33 and will hope for some sort of retrace but I am not sure if it will.

They have green credentials and are environmentally friendly as opposed to BMN. They have no need to roast vanadium etc. They mentioned doing a lot for the community and environment? Wonder if that is true?

Also they have trade Mark flake graphite which is saleable in most territories. Europe, US, Australasia. Can’t rightly remember about Africa but that is a big market.

I am in POW too. My thinking is they may change the CEO in any case, the investment case may change rapidly for any company. Look at Ferro Res (AIM) and NEXT (TSX). Both going nowhere until Sir Mick Davis turned up a couple of weeks ago. Now they look to have the world at their feet and success mapped out for them. It’s all about having the volume of shares in this game. Plus some other bits and bobs but that is just business common sense.

Keep the shares in both and ignore the silly comments I say.

BMN use a furnace to extract battery grade Vanadium and FAR & Next don’t need to. There is pressure on the price I vanadium from China and when they cut up rough and they will! Far and Next will have the margins over BMN and other vanadium roasters...

Sir Mick Davis isn’t stupid, he has a hand in both Ferro and Next now and so it could be argued, isn’t liable to the Chinese games. Very very smart cookie and I am following the money into Next. If Far retraces to 15p I will jump in on that too.

Regarding BMN, Fortune Majapelo is also as smart Davis, and he is diversifying like crazy! Definitely holding every BMN share but it is clear to me that BMN have the hardest route. If only they joined with FAR.... This explains the drop in Bushveld to me very well. As soon as Mick made his move on Next the penny dropped for the market.

Just my opinion.

Like I say, buying Next, holding tight to BMN. Have an eye on Far (way too expensive right now).

I am quite excited about an new discovery I have made. They are a Graphite & Vanadium play that have had Sir Mick Davis invest in them in February 21 and he has also become chairman. So if you are wondering what has happened with FAR, well it is exactly the same thing less some details.

SP looks very interesting and I would urge you to watch presentations on YouTube and research for yourselves. I think I will jump in with both feet!

The more I look at BMN the more they seem inefficient. Don’t get me wrong I am going to hold as I see a big rise at some stage but when you look at FAR and Next, BMN & Largo look less attractive in some respects.

Any battery/vanadium play is a good investment but next just might be better.

Your thoughts would be appreciated.

I researched BCN about 6 months ago and waited. It went from 40p to 66 and back again. Seems as solid as they come but just my opinion and support is around the placing so all good. John covered the rest very well.

Well done on ARCM and thanks for the tip. Fingers crossed the rise will last and grow. News today looks encouraging.

Slow growers objective to accumulate as many shares as possible and never spend more than £1k per stock. Thinking: per 1p rise holding 100k shares equals £1k.

For short medium term i look only to grow and slice with no particular affinity to any of them. Max £5k but again not met.

Pharmas are all LTH by nature but I believe they must be traded also. Limited to £15k each although investment case is always complicated so may increase if no brainier. Complex investments are the best IMO for releasing profits and building for the future. Plus it allows you to react appropriately when needed.

Add to that if I can find some spare cash once ISA resets I would buy back into SNG at the right price. On the other hand I would be happy to let it go. I have already taken good profits last year.

Think UFO are worth a look.

Bought in last year and it did very well (500%). The CEO (Bill Bailey Goode) comes across as a wet lettuce but despite his unconvincing communication, he is a steady and positive leader that is building for the future. He also appears to be well connected and respected in the industry.

Signed a JV with Capstone and the price has been sat at a flat 1p ish for 6 months as the real work is just beginning. Hit 4.4p when the regular mining rampers joined for six weeks or so as it lead up to JV announcement. They all left when it didn’t hit 10p in 10 minutes (idiots). They pumped and dumped a decent company but hey ho.

Worth baring in mind that the CEO promised a JV...

Now as you may know, very many CEO’s promise JV’s, but he actually delivered in a very reasonable time frame. That sets him apart and he has proven he is good for his word. That’s a very important factor.

Current share price can be effected only slightly by sentiment evaporation (price of silver). So there may be an opportunity to buy in @ .90p but what do people want? This is already very very cheap IMO, don’t forget it has good support at 1p to 1.1p...

I hold it as a cheap long term silver play (I paid .30p and cashed in at 3.6 to buy more shares on retrace). I think that people will be surprised when it finally moves.

This Company is not promising to be a GGP or NOVACYT. It is just steady away and a solid slow grower, but I believe in the CEO and he may yet achieve great things in his modest fashion. It’s current ventures @ Elizabeth Hill etc will add value in coming months and years as the JV provides income.

My ultimate aim is to top slice and reinvest on retrace. It is the oldest trick in the book and very common. As long as you do not acknowledge profits then the main benefit is that your average reduces whilst you accumulate more shares. Like I say most people do it so if you can’t beat them join them!

Parsortix, if approved, would be very useful at clearing biopsy back logs. As we all know waiting lists for treatment have been caused by the pandemic, not to mention unreported and hence undiagnosed illness.

Clearly the AN system will not be rolled out in time to clear current back logs but you can see how beneficial this would have been to the NHS and patients if it were.

So many reasons why Parsortix is one for the not to distan future.
