But I appreciate that one's perspective might be affected by one's circumstances. It's better for the company to buy as many shares as possible at as low a price as possible. When material news arrives, buyers will push the price up.

It's better for traders for the company to buy aggressively and push the share price up, with no material news to underpin it, so PIs can sell out sooner.

The point of a share buyback is to buy as many shares as possible for the money assigned by the company. This will improve the EPS, which in turn will encourage investors to buy shares as the company is offering progressively better value, which will increase the share price.

The point of a share buyback isn't for the company itself to raise the share price by excessive buying, thus allowing PIs to offload and bring the share price back down.

Yes, HEX is firmly in a new phase of the company's development.

He reserves are confirmed, and likely bigger than previously confirmed. Production is progressing, at multiple sites, and HEX will soon be producing a lot of cash. Bo isn't wasting the golden opportunity he has identified. He's going to max the hell out of it. He has the product in the ground, he has the know-how and he has the people.

SEPL is in the sweet spot of great capital growth and pretty high yield.

I'm holding onto these for a while.

Many of the deals signed (and they are excellent deals with top tier partners and clients) will generate revenue down the line.

Share buybacks can't be aggressive because there isn't much liquidity!

If they try to buy too much, they'll essentially be bidding against themselves and pushing the price up, allowing PIs to sell at the company's expense. I like the current pace of buybacks. Slow and steady and at a good price. The point of buybacks is to buy up undervalued shares and increase EPS for s/holders.

This is the culmination of Bo's life's work: the expertise, the contacts, the market. This is his dream opportunity and he's going to max the hell out of it.

It gives me confidence to trust his judgement so I can just sit back and enjoy the ride!

BTC treasury, BTC mining, even Helium play, are all RNS buzzwords, which will put off a lot of investors. Coupled with the fact the company hasn't got Rost in the bag, more investors will be put off.

That's not to say there isn't money to be made here if it all comes off, but there's still a lot of risk here.

It's great ITX are getting some good comms out, but today's announcement is an RNS Reach, meaning it's not deemed to be commercially material at this stage.

ITX still need their sales team to get their arses in gear, so I'd be wary of placing undue hope in HY figures or broker re-rates.

Count how many newsworthy RNSs they've put out since the start of the year. Must be about 15 RNSs that contain materially relevant news.

What I've found is that PIs who check the stock prices every 15 mins every day want constant reassurances about their investments. It doesn't matter how many they've put out in the past, it's all about when the next one is coming.

And companies that do put out more RNSs or social media posts end up encouraging those nervous PIs to keep demanding more.

I'd rather the board got on with their jobs than needing to keep reassuring small time investors, because that what the marketing you are asking for would be aimed at. Shouting from the rooftops doesn't bring in IIs or HNWIs or SPACs.

Last year's results are backwards looking and so they're not as important as the current and near/mid term trading.

We know APTA restructured, raised a huge amount of funds at a large discount and have begun to turn the company around. What I want to know is the current situation, so hoping for some positive noises from the TU :)

To compare in the helium space, HEX are doing everything as well as it could possibly done, basically telling the market they will be printing free money later this year, and PIs would rathers sht the bed than hold a few months!

I don't mind how the company makes extra money from a side hustle on a btc hodl, but they need to make sure they get the basics right first!

The ROST rto should be done and dusted but the market doesn't seem to mind the delay as long as MDH ticks the meme box.
