9ne = one. a typo :)
As expected there has been more selling from Horst Siffrin to fund another investment. 1.2m shares sold since the last RNS.
I couldn't see a lock-in requirement after this round of selling, so either he is finished or he wasn't willing to agree to 9ne. We'll find out either way!
Where are you getting net losses from?
If someone holds shares in, for example, a SIPP which has a montly fee, and there isn't enough cash in the account to cover the month's fee, then the platform provider will sell enough shares to cover the remainder of the cost. Hence the ridiculously small sells that are sometimes seen.
Brokers offer access to different clients and markets. Joint broker appointments usually preceed a placing of some sort... lth here, but I'd rather not have another placing at these levels. We need some sort of positive business update first and to let us know what the last raise is funding.
My guess would be Horst Siffrin is selling some more. The 90 day lock in period probably expired yesterday.
Candy and Bonnier both appear exactly as I'd expected. A couple of city boys who have been reprimanded for "mis-stating" facts and "mis-leading" the markets. Allegations of price-rigging and spurious lawsuits.
Candy's also a Tory donor, so that checks out. Same corruption as the people currently in Govt.
It's a shame BOOM is caught up in all this, but Michael Tobin doesn't have a problem with sticking more money in at these levels.
So Helium Rising Stars Fund sell 6.9% of the company, and Cannaccord sell 1.9%, and Downing LLP sell 4.5%, (that's approx 13.3% of the company) all between April 14th and April 17th, and the share price doesn't tank but actually rises?
Someone wants in, big time, and hasn't declared it yet.
