Like Whoopee Dooo. They have literally bought very close to the amount that Wyld took off Tower for a years worth of data transmission.

SEK300,000 = GBP23,600

So at £40 per connect unit that would be 500 units. At £5 per month per unit that gives a revenue of £30,000 a year or SEK361,000.

They sold Wyld Connect at £40 per station. Towers will have bought 1,600.

Perhaps the question you should be asking is whether, given the nature of their business which appears to be renewable energy, how much of their infrastructure has now been covered by those 1,600 instances and if there is any margin for growth of that £65,000 per year revenue to Wyld.

Seriously you do not get to blart big numbers without converting them to a sense of reality and then considering what it might mean to the bottom line.

This is the sort of ramping rubbish that might be expected of someone who posts to the Still Waiting cancel thread over on ADVFN.

They could have quoted the value in $REAL to be less impressive.

If the release from Wyld did not give any such projections you might have to assume that £65,000 is close to the limit of what they will achieve from that particular contract.

Just to note I did see your original post was taken down however it was not me that reported it. Apparently someone did and the moderators chose to remove it based on its content. They made a decision based on the evidence rather than wearing your rose tinted glasses. Please feel free to report my evidence based post and see if you get a similar result.

Basically it would appear that the international application has been rejected in Germany however if Wyld have made a separate application to Germany they might still gain protection. However I do not believe that they have done so because they chose to go via the PCT.

I would speculate that the German Examiner has reviewed the international application under the PCT and rejected it based on the Report of the Examining Body because Wyld did not attempt to address the objections in that document,

I would expect to see a number of similar rejections, non-entry in a particular country , appear in the file over time as each country rejects the application and it dies a natural death. If this is the case I hope Wyld will now stop claiming to have secured patents on their technology.

That does make for an interesting question given Swanny has mentioned before that they were close to the 3% limit with others giving support to them for calling an EGM. They have also claimed to have picked up a substantial part of the retail fundraise which might make sense if they were close to 3%.

Either way you might get the, as stated by them, impression that they are here to trade and they are not impressed by the management, again as stated by them. I very much doubt, if they are real, that they can do much beyond trade or have any real interest beyond doing so.

My apologies. I find it hard to differentiate between sarcasm, satire, irony and words of a similar nature and it is not uncommon for others to post similar material with the expectation that it should not be treated as such.

Why? All you are doing is stating that loads of other people offer services on the same platform as DA. Fine DA may be partnered with some of them but if DA were key why would they host their services on Azure as a separate entity unless they were differentiated. Furthermore Keyfactor, second on your list, is apparently a direct competitor to DA. This is like saying DA employees take their dumps in a toilet and so do all of these other companies employees so buy Tern so I can exit the hole I got myself into with reduced losses.

Seriously? The level of whoosh here is abysmal but then again at this level smaller whooshes result in similar percentage excursions.

Looking at things [un]realistically any short term future action is going to come from Wyld when they launch. Again I am guessing that support of that was the reason for Tern's recent fund raise.

Given the recent, hidden, action from RedEye it seems likely that they have been snouting about for further investment to cover that launch. This in my view is down to fulfilling their pre-order backlog on an assumption that the last set of warrant sales did not cover them.

You do not deliver a service if you do not have the hardware to run that service on and pre-orders are worth zip without some concept of of assured total delivery. Without that you are not taking, full, money up front and end up in a chicken and egg scenario.

Either they have generated interest from an investor other than Tern and Tern wishes to maintain some semblance of parity or they have failed and Tern is having to step in and cover those costs.

In my mind their biggest messup is dancing about the markets claiming that they have secured patents when they have not. I can believe that the market model works and they have a grasp of the technology required to make it work.

However "Bung me some cash to implement my Patented Technology" falls flat on its face when it turns out that the technology is not patented and unlikely to be patented and then you have to ask what else might these people be doing wrong.

Although Tern have telegraphed as much that will be a watch this space thing. The premium will not matter. It's how much firepower Tern has from their £1.6 million versus any other party.

My, soon to fail, guess is that it will be Wyld that puts out the begging bowl in order to cover their launch and fulfill their much touted hardware pre-sales given the recent subscription only event hosted by RedEye.

If that is the case then looking at or rather guessing at what they might be missing in terms of funding to cover those sales and the resulting cost of support Tern's £1.6 million should keep them sweet without much need to sniff about elsewhere.

That's right folks. A mildly positive post.

It is what it says on the tin.

You are invested in Tern. Tern is invested in its portfolio companies. You borrow money off your credit card[s] to invest in Tern. Tern borrows money off you to invest in its portfolio companies.

If over time the portfolio companies fail to realise their Unicorn valuation they require more credit on your card[s] so Tern can support them. If Tern cannot support them someone else with *deeper pockets* will *hedge a punt* and in order to maintain parity Tern also needs to take a punt.

If it takes too much time Tern and you get diluted out of your investment as the interest on your credit card[s] balloons.

There may be other dynamics involved but according to The Art of Fen Shui as written by Sun Tzu,

I was also surprised to see the Primary Bid offer being closed so soon having only raised less than half of what was offered. It's almost as if they did not want it to succeed.

That Wyld is the likely portfolio company that is going to do a syndicated fundraise sometime after 12th October.

Put it another way.

Go look at companies house for the various portfolio companies and take note of those who have recently, past year or longer, been released of charges when someone else invested in them and then Tern played catch up. That was when Tern lost control. The writing was on the wall.

No doubt Mr Every One Else Is In a Green Box Man will be along sometime soon to ask someone else to fix their printer because now Tern is most definitely a take over target for the big boys who will miss the opportunity to directly buy into one of the portfolio companies because it makes more sense to go via the middleman who is literally begging for parity.

Fortunately they have already raised £1.3 million and are offering £700,000 to favoured existing retail holders and you back of the queue plebs get to argue over the scraps.

The level of stupid required evades my senses. Have they caught Trussonomics?

A wet finger suggests that soon after the 12th October you might find out which traitor portfolio company has raised £10 million from someone who is not Tern and Andrbea will post details on ADVFN about how many billions that investor is worth.

Assuming Swanny is who they claim to be then I would rate their chances of instigating some action higher than that of others. However I would suggest that they should think twice before trying to herd the collective flock of cats that claim to represent the missing 2% into any meaningful challenge to the board. The other major question is whether you as the new fixer of printers would want to inherit such a basket[case] of belligerent moaners.
