The table under Asic Ultraboost. These are simple boolean logic functions operating on registers. Yes you can program them but when you want fast you hardcode the logic in actual physical silicon of the gates. Once you have done that then your gates are not going to be playing Crysis or any other bit of software QBT claims to be able to put on them.

Reading the Asic Ultraboost patent it would appear that QBT think or hope that they can modify an already implemented ASIC solution to rob 1 in every 4 of the available SHA256 cores to perform lower power pre-processing of values that will be repeated downstream in the remaining three. My view is that hardcore ASICS don't work like that. You design them and then you bake them.

To me the only way QBT get to do that is if the original manufacturer lets them have access to already baked design so they can take a guess as how to modify 1 in 4 of the cores to get what they want. The bad news there is at best they get to fiddle with the connection mask.

Now Intel may have given them a look but the big stuff up is Intel have already baked them, sold them to Dorsey and discontinued them. If QBT wanted to play they would only have got to play at the time of manufacture. They are not going to go to Jack and chisel the lids off these things. Their done, it's gone, end of. Same for any other manufacturer. Once its baked its baked. You wake up back in Kansas and try to continue your daydream.

As to the question of firmware mentioned by @Jez in as much as your SHA256 optimised ASIC is not going to run ping-pong it needs something to feed it. That's the firmware. In terms of QBT running their software on it it is unlikely to be any different to any other firmware in terms of its functionality. It will be something that manages a TCPIP stack along with an encryption layer but locked down to their GaaS solution to prevent the guesses from being leaked.

This is your big blooming problem. You keep regurgitating what you think FG has fed you and you do not bother to ask yourself whether it makes any sense or not. A miner is a chunky blob of asics optimised to run SHA256. At best it has a stripped down Linux micro-kernel. You are not going to be running Space Invaders on it let alone an AI LLM/LBM. You really don't get it do you? The two patent applications cover hardware adaptions that have to be incorporated in the mining asics. It's not software. The AI solutions, A, B and C do not run on the miners either as hardware or as software. They supposedly deliver best starting point solutions over the web as a GaaS, Guess As A Service, offering. Now, until the company deigns to give you, and everyone else, some clarity as to what they think they are doing we are left with you getting it wrong and your latest stuck "Zak says 4p/Advanced Talks" record 20 times a day interspersed with the regular garbage about multiple identities and getting in lower.

So we've had Bitfarm announce a major investment of $149 Million, with Riot following through at $290 million with both companies potentially doubling their mining power. It looks like they are pre-empting the halving just to keep up. However QBT claim to improve success by 2.6 times and they are only punting $2 Million on their SaaS solution.

To me it runs two ways. Either these future-proofing investments are being made because the companies involved don't know about or don't believe in QBT. Or these companies have to make the punt now because QBT is dithering and they recognise that even if QBT has something its overall effect on the ecosystem will be a zero sum nothing.

The longer QBT spend dithering without any announcements the more people are going to lose what little faith they have in Zak and a couple of Tweets.

There was some, stupid, speculation today that given Argo had managed to mine 5% more with an increase in difficulty of 9%. Can companies such as Argo and those claimed to benefit from QBT hide their mining activity or is it reported or discoverable in any way. If that is the case then any talk about NDA's and such subterfuge might become irrelevant. The mining community would or should recognise any significant changes in trends,

£500 for one day as a punt on its volatility however the quality of rampers for the company and my lack of faith in what the company claims to be offering along with its failure to deliver cost me £12 in fees.

However that appraisal, video, does not appear to have materialised. Perhaps something has upset his view of the company or, more likely, he is a trader looking to get back in at a lower price and is holding back on his good news to do so before becoming fully invested.

As a thought experiment try to place yourself in the mind of the person who accuses everyone else of uptickling themselves and being multiple others to maximise their own uptickling. Perhaps there is an overriding sense of emptiness that arises within their mind through not getting as many uptickles as all of the the others uptickling each other that prevents them from rationally expressing themselves in their desire for uptickles. Maybe if everyone uptickled everyone else, obviously making use of their multiple identities to give multiple uptickles to everyone else, some sort of solace might return to the minds of those who are bothered about not getting uptickled.
