ENK are expecting a big rise up to the take over in may hence the value cap of 11.175p on the Rusina merger. Hopefully 12p might not be too far away, ENK seem to think the news flow over the coming months will get us there.

the bid and ask jump after only a couple of trades. I would be a lot happier if we had some buying volume. My lloyds account shows 3 trades today and a rise of 1.8% on the day.

Do I understand correctly, have mg been offloading shares? Could this explain the recent decline in sp? I would be surprised the recent merger Rns gave a possitive message, the company expects to release news coming up to the merger that will give significant sp increases, hence the value cap

just read this in the merger RNS. This merger is due to go through by the 3rd march. It places a value cap on shares of 11.175p. That would be nice!! The Value Cap mechanism has been included on the basis that the European Nickel share price could appreciate strongly, prior to completion of the merger, as a result of a number of initiatives that are currently underway.

now we know why the sp has fallen to 7p in the last couple of weeks. Placing price 7p!!

dont know, im utterly confused Huge dilution + merger. Chinese finance out of window for now. Anyone?

hopefully we will be in for a good month. We should see some upward pressure on the sp soon. ENK have said the funding should be sorted Q1 2010 That would be ACE cos this sp isnt

we are waiting for confirmation of funding from the chinese that will be used to take the project to production. http://www.enickel.co.uk/about/chinese_partners I would suggest you read the RNS on the website to get a feel for whats been happening over the last 12 months. You will see that once the funding comes through we should have a relatively rapid push to production and hence good sp appreciation.

its a good time to buy, i wish i ha paid that for my last lot. ive got too many of these at an average nearly 2p higher than yours. i know they will come good but i know the cash could have been making money for me elsewhere, instead of losing value here. The problem i have, and many others now, is that i need a 30% rise just to break even, and that may be all we get on positive news, then its another 12 months to production.

The bid and ask change with every trade. if you actually try to buy and sell you get a totally different price. Taking a positive view the sp can go back over 8 on virtually no volume

The only date is 1st of march, the endeavour bridging loan is up. best case we get an anouncement stating the Chinese funding is sorted and we start building up to production. As tony says this would give a big jump in sp Possibly we could get an extension to the bridge loan as in December If we go to plan B as Tony suggests expect a long wait.

yes i dont like relying on the chinese. Its obvious they are running low on cash and have used the 1m extension. Hopefully the toledo sale was to tide them over till the chinese money comes. Weerabit reckons it was 600k which for ENK is only 3 weeks cash. Putting a positive hat on ENK must think the finance will come through soon, otherwise why not try and extend the endeavour loan again

in december i doubled my holding here, and took my average up, I thought 8.7 was a good price. Foolish i know but im a bit overexposed here so all i can see are negatives at the moment. I looking to get back to my normal level of holding without taking what is at the moment a paper loss

It's about time we saw the sp start to build like we did in November, hopefully leading up to some good news. Volumes seem low at the moment also

Let's hope that 600k was just to keep them going till the Chinese money comes thru. My big concern is that we seem to have burnt a 5m loan in the last 5-6 months. If there is further delay we will need more cash,where will this come from? These borrowings are already making a hole in future funding

Do you know how much the Toledo sale raised. From what I can see they seem to be getting through about 1million a month, maybe the sale will keep them going till 1st march when hopefully the Chinese money could come through.

Hi would like to know peoples thoughts on the financing situation. I am slightly concerned due to the recent offloading of toledo shares, i am assuming this was to raise some cash. This to me implys the chinese money isnt coming soon Theres a deadline coming up on 1st of march for the endeavour loan maturity, previously when the chinese money didnt come through they extended the maturity period and borrowed another million. Is it possible endeavour are not prepared to do this again? Ive held these for 9 months and sat through two spikes where i could have sold for a decent profit but im losing patience. What are peoples thoughts
