I worry for some people. I run a business, I know what happens when you run out of cash, it nearly happened to me a few years ago. The banks don't mess around, they won't throw good money after bad. I guess it's like hanging on for drill results, all or nothing. Worries me to death these days. Some people seem blind to the risk.

still the equivalent of less than 6p in 'old money', im in at 9p from 12 months ago so im not celebrating yet. These were up to 48p equivalent not so long ago

Yep should make no difference, but all the consolidations i have been in have resulted in a dip in sp post consolidation. Makes no sense but it tends to happen.

the merger is a done deal. Its bringing two companys together who are doing the same thing, ENK had a stake in Rusina also. The forrestry permits should be reissued in about a month (so were told).... i will believe it when i see it. The news we have been waiting for is the bank financing to bring caldag to production, this was due from chinese banks last year. There have been many delays, each one a kick in the teeth to us PIs. The chinese have been told to get stuffed, now we are courting western banks with a view to getting project finance towards the end of the year. Again i will believe it when i see it... A good companywith great prospects, if only someone would lend us a couple of hundread million....... oh yes and a share consolidation soon where we will get 1 for 4 (or is it 5 cant be arse.d looking it up) expect the usual dip in sp

I used to think it was a good deal for rusina holders, now i think its a good deal for enk holders. the worrying thing is that after most consolidations the sp drops for some bizarre reason, and weve got at least another 6 months till the almost mythical funding appears

I cant blame the rusina shareholders i wouldnt vote for it, look at what our mess has done for your shareprice I reckon the merger is off for now, i cant see it going through till this forrestry **** is sorted out. Then you will be happy again cos the sp will be back over 10p. cricket, im a big fan...youre not the team you were, i reckon there nothing between SA, ENG and AUS at the moment, it will be interesting.

yep your right, the placing was in two lots, i was remembering incorrectly we raised twice as much as i thought we had.

I fully believe we will have a big payday here, but I've sat on these since last august and only have only briefly seen a paper profit twice. We've had our hopes dashed three times now, and this time seems the worst. The big problems as I see it are that the rusina shareholders won't take the deal as it stands and we are about to run out of cash. Remember there was to be a $20 m cash injection. If only I had a crystal ball last year!!!!

exactly..... it stinks really, us at the bottom of the food chain get shafted again. How many people in the city have been quietly dumping their holdings on us suckers over the last couple of weeks.

the funding has been pretty much sorted out for about 10 months, but still nothing. Also the rusina merger is in a mess now, there is no way it will go through under the current terms, so where we go from here is uncertain. I also suspect we will run out of cash so expect another placement. Not good at all, but im not selling up at these prices. Just got to ignore these for 6 months.

I will hold, I've had these nearly a year now, incredibly patient for me. I may just by some more when I think it has bottomed. one thing is for sure there is a lot of upside from 6p when they finally get their $350m loan to go to production. Triples if you have a look, it's a good bet at 6p it's going places when we get over this.
