Barksy. KM registered Cadence Minerals as a Ltd company not a Plc - not sure what that means !! To get a Plc is it first necessary to register as Ltd ? REM is Plc of course as it is requirement to get listed on LSE. I am a bit confused about what is going on, to be frank - without looking for an answer.
