Sorry to the members of this stock forum that I have kept some of you sitting on the edge of your seats !!
I have sent many BLCC website messages over the last two weeks or so and have not yet had any replies, as you would probably have guessed, to requests for indication of any company stirrings/bod activity (specific market sensitive information not requested) especially shareholder communication and company governance.
Investigation of CC came up with this 'ITNJ SPECIAL COURT SEATING - THE MICHELLE YOUNG CASE -
FINANCIAL CORRUPTION & COLLUSION' https://commission.itnj.org - (The International Tribunal for Natural Justice) - see last 'case' at bottom of home webpage. A sound idea for there to be such an organisation considering what has been voiced about the way in which the shareholders of financial markets and this stock are being treated.
Without prejudice, the likes of a 'well-principled' CC with so called good intentions for African Agriculture and how Blockchain technologies can provide so much for each [small] farmer and long term shareholder belief in this - hence our invested money. In the videos I was astonished to see CC on the tribunal and particularly on the subject of ‘FINANCIAL CORRUPTION & COLLUSION’. Taking a close look at the tribunal during the ‘Gordon Bowden - Expert Witness case’ I see a man constantly hiding his face and being very quiet. The hypocrisy of it - my opinion. I will let you judge for yourselves, however.
To be fair, I thought it only respectful to put some questions to the bod (via BLCC website) before I divulged this insight to this forum for consideration. However, the BLCC bod has treated me with distain by ignoring me [and probably you also], hence this insight to some recent CC activity. It would appear that much time has been spent on this tribunal last year to the detriment of the BLCC company/ shareholders/ share price/ potential for African farmers - in my opinion. I come to my own conclusion that the bod is purposely ignoring shareholder concerns but to what end - I have asked ?
I do hope and trust and without prejudice that some [effective] news of BLCC activities is presented by the bod to shareholders very shortly after the ‘Blockchain Africa Conference’ in Cape Town today (http://blockchainafrica.co/blockchain-africa-conference-cape-town/#Speakers) - but I will not hold my breath - as this may just be another cr**ked AIM stock and a huge disappointment for African farmers.
I understood the risks of investing in this AIM stock so kept amount relatively small - but still hope for a better outcome.
Keep badgering the bod for info - so long as you feel that there is hope of a resumption in trading.
