You have to consider this when investing and the effect it could have on your strategy. It has happened to many AIM shares in the past. Companies join the market as a vehicle for raising funds from small investors like us and they often dilute by issuing more shares to continue financing to their end game/salaries. On the whole the PI is not a very influential entity and when the tine is right will encourage a better class of investor namely the fund managers and banks (oddly enough also being financed mainly by PIs like us). This may require further funding and that can be provided by further dilution through another round of share issue depending on which part they are on their j-curve. Thats my view and it goes into my calculations. Consolidation is always a bad thing the LTI - can be part of a company's strategy and they rarely give you notice of them and they make surethat they have enough of a share holding to ensure that the current load of small investors do not ruin their strategy - just be aware and beware, that's all.

Rodgered: we all care about the share price - we care that a recovery in our investment takes place for the right reasons - so why do you think that the sp has fallen - maybe it has something to do with 'confidence' in the securing of funds - no funds - no project - just leaves a scar in the environment - again, a 'human' factor. That is why it will be built and it will make profits post debt repayment from approx. 2024 - for me it is a waiting game - but this month will be a testing time for all - how long can we keep our holding - that is the very tough question - I am off to join the bread queue hoping that there will be recovery very soon.
