CF will have gotten rid of most of the 'unwanteds' (i.e. LTI retail investors) by using this scaremongering, seeming legal loophole, with the likelihood of bod accepting offer from AAL - maybe AAL is not the only ones orchestrating this process. Such a difficult call for LTHs at the moment - and the conductors know it.

If AAL drop the sp offer we will know that the bod have really abandoned the PI - looks like they are trying to scare the remaining LTHs to part with their last shares by allowing the MnMs to dribble drop the sp !! 'Manipu£ation' to the nth degree.

Absolutely - we must all take note of what is happening over at SXX and other small cap and upward companies too where the retail investor is being taken for a ride. It could also happen here beware do not trust all that you read and certainly never have too much faith in a BOD or come to think of it the FCA and the UK parliament. Keep probing the BOD members of all your investments - my view is that if you ask a valid question you should expect to receive a valid and verifiable answer and use similar [non-committal] words that are used in RNSs.
