So there will be people who are walking around with virus for a period of approximately 5 days (minimum) until they have been tested but only after someone (not A&E) decides to test them - yikes !!!!!!!

The west must make itself self-sufficient in Oil & Gas for which demand is reducing but will always be needed in one form or other - especially to fuel the EVolution that is just beginning to really move off the bottom of the development J-curve. perhaps my portfolio has been flagged as has happened on many occasions - think - what would you do with someones investment data and multiply that by 1,000,000+ - I would use AI / ML to take full advantage so that I can manipulate the market - subtly, of course !!
