Always good to see you FH, the Murphy clan for the good lunch, and, the others at the meeting. We have to be ready for the bod at this years AGM or all else is a waste of our hard earned and cost to get to the venue. I have attended other share AGMs but have whittled them down to those that I have complete faith in their professionalism - except this one !! Its the bod and their aloof attitude to the shareholders that make me nervous not the investments themselves; not even EMH - if only they realise a reasonably real return to us.

If anything positive is going to happen to SP it will be after they have had their Bolli and Caviar at lunch.
Question : what is being arranged for the AGM this year (now that I have returned into the fold). I think the strategy this year is to be NASTY, Direct and NOT take BS as an answer - I will be wearing my shorts again even if just to make the venue security staff and the vent hosts nervous again. After all the criticism for presenting questions last year someone else can ask them - I was encouraged to be the 'standup comic' at 20 minutes notice - thanks Tradecraft - I wasn't completely stupid just not prepared to sit in front of the bod with nothing to hit them with - not this time, heh !!
The turnout to the AGM last year was pathetic and those that could have made it but chose not to should be ashamed of themselves - so, make sure that you attend and make preparations to give the bod very good reasons to change their strategy/attitude towards the shareholders - or, else, just p*ss *ff. Thank you.

A little story yesterday that I heard about a London trader from a Country Estate Manager in the Cotswolds. Trader performed a blind purchase of a [country] house and with a bit of land to go with it for a huge amount of money (even a surprise to the locals and especially the seller who , I believe is still rubbing his hands with glee) only to find that it was lying in a floodplain and not possible to access accept over a farmers field in a 4x4 for which permission was not duly given but fo one day a year. Apparently he hasn't visited it for some time. So his EGO got the better of him and it just proves that because a trader/MnM may think that he/she is clever at his/her job - what goes around, comes around - for us all.
It made my day anyway - good luck MnMs. But, most of all, good FORTUNE to those with decent morals.

PS: I jumped back in with a small sum since I sold out at 0.3 but was too late and now down by a couple of hundred - when will I learn. Hi - MRS FH and Barksy (and other LTH's) - I'm BAAACK !! ;-)

I thought, Alan, that AIM MMs thrived on Sentiment and Volume (same thing in my book) for SP movements - thats why I stay long here (in part). I had been watching GGP for a while checking on its progress and whilst I was doing something annoyingly mundane sentiment hit the fan and the volume went up - though, in contradiction, by far the best days volume very recently was UKOG at 744M + (phew - though SP did not go too far - which means that it can be baffling). GLA
