Very good points B2HS2 - military (mostly run by NCOs in reality - easy to SAY we need to do/this is what we want and then SAY "carry on Corps/Sgt/Chief/Flight/Warrant " ) work on the basis that there is no politics in our endeavour to protect and provide for the country where everyone is focussed selflessly on a logical goal/objective performed without over-emotion - that is where civvy-street gets it wrong on many occasions as they focus on the wrong things . And the most rewarding thing is that humans are at their best working together to achieve the same result. (ex RAF SNCO (avionics) - left in 1989 after 12 years)

Quite Aussie - going to take a closer look at the governments of the Nordic lands - I used to visit SAAB (Aerospace) in Sweden in the 90's quite often and was always impressed how relaxed (calm and collected) they were in many aspects of life - quite impressed - more of a logical approach than an emotional approach to governance - 'live long and prosper' V

Aussie - time will tell that's for sure but we could never have a labour party in gov't - we need a new form of government - not one based on the old politics - but one based on the best of human characteristics not the worst - time for social and personal changes into a more constructive development phase of our species.
