in, part answer to my own question, worth keeping an eye on what the UKGov funded Faraday Institute https://faraday.ac.uk/# is doing - hope that the UK will not fall behind the rest of the World when it comes to EVs & Energy Storage.

and what is UK gov't doing ? It should be matching this incentive scheme immediately or the vehicle manufactures will most definitely miss out and our EV capability will become reliant on the French & Germans as imports.
