RE: Time for fca investigation?28 Jun 2018 14:40
Nice one Sahid. I have emailed the other questions to the BOD and was told this was sensitive information and cant be divulged over email and to attend the AGM. If I can make it I will attend and include your question. REDT response below:
Hello Bob,
I’m sure you are aware of the need to maintain an orderly market and the rules surrounding information dissemination for listed companies. Therefore information surrounding the speculative timing of fundraises, large commercial orders, mergers, acquisitions or similar price sensitive events is simply not something we would ever comment on. To do so would be a breach of FCA regulations.
As a shareholder, I would urge you to attend the AGM on the 27th July at which time I would be happy to discuss any concerns you have, face to face.
Our board of directors will also be in attendance, along with the CEO & CFO. I currently cannot see your name or email address registered to attend, however, if you wish to do so, please let me know so that I can register you and personally introduce myself when you arrive.
