Ryan Mee, CEO of Fulcrum Metals, reviews FY23 and progress on the Gold Tailings Hub in Canada. Watch the video here.
Morning moqwhy, intriguing isnt it? If FDBK are working with Nvidia to use TexRAD then that could be a game changer. I have asked the company for comment but they may not be able to reveal anything at the moment, unless its a denial of course. Lets see what happens.
Agree Botak, lets for once have the FACTS so that we can understand where this is going and make reasoned judgements. Confidence and transparency are critical on AIM and have been sadly lacking in FDBK of late, time for a change give shareholders information and treat them with respect....it is our company!
Seems an odd statement Tobriand, if there was little prospect of commercial sales pre-2020 then why the fund raise to boost the sales team ahead of the CE mark? I would be looking to see: What is the cash situation? How close is FDBK to profitability? What is the situation regarding clinical sales? What is the position on product development? Hopefully the accompanying Statement will address these issues. Comment from David Crabb also awaited, he is new in the job but will undoubtedly have thoroughly completed dd before accepting the position.
Think you might be getting a tad carried away CuB. It may well go to 5 in a couple of years but will require strong income and profit flow imo. For now I would think if China signs off and another large OEM appears then maybe 2-2.50 this year, that still a Stella performance.

Hi Hors, any rise is a good one...be testing the dizzy heights of 2p shortly? Cannot understand why the interims date isnt announced, I know the Results and Statement have to be signed off but there are literally only a few days left, leaves me a bit uneasy. Nothing simple is it?
Hi Profit, I guess most are waiting for the interims which will be out in the next week. Difficult to call what they will reveal hence little action. If there is a lot of info regarding JV or clinical sales, product development etc then it could inject life into the sp, something has to move it from these ridiculous levels soon.
Hi adrianz, understand your comments but I do like to see Directors with a financial interest. Great believer in options provided the achievement targets are not too generous. Still think with the TB shares washing around at times the other Directors Could have taken the opportunity to purchase at depressed levels and alleviated the effect. Understand not all will agree with me but having a personal financial interest does tend to concentrate efforts imo. Let us hope the interims are cause for celebration rather than concern.
Evening El, that was spoken from the heart. Why would anyone want to bring pain to ordinary honest shareholders? Anyway I do think this year will see the back of him and then assuming sales are actually being made the profit margin will ensure a very healthy bottom line. With other products coming on stream the balance sheet could be entirely different this time next year and the sp will have to respond. My real question does concern the lack of Director share buying...why is there none if indeed the future is bright? But then if there were real skeletons I doubt the new CEO would have taken the role, must have done his dd. Far more optimistic than a month ago.
For the first time in ages I approach this new week with a degree of optimism. I am enthused by a new CEO appointment whose aim is to grow the company. Clearly he would not have taken the role if he didnt think the tools to do it were at hand, nor if there were skeletons in the cupboard. TB is still the problem factor but the size of the problem diminishes with each share sale, and hopefully good news will bring buyers for his shares. So looking forward to the end of this year I suggest the outlook is bright. I want to see actual clinical sales progress along with FDBK profitability and also news of further products for CE marking. If we can see regular updates and communicationthat would be the icing on the cake. Its time all lths were rewarded for their patience and suffering. All imo and dyor.
I really think so El. We all knew the potential but the appointment of a CEO could be the catalyst we needed. We may well look back in a couple of months and wish the piggy bank had been raided a Bit more. Confident we will be nearer 5p again later this year.
Hi adrianz, no news...perhaps not surprisingly, but if there were further progress you would have thought that warranted an rns so not sure there will be further info with the Results. Having said that I do believe an update should accompany the Results in some detail. Hopefully the new regime will be more open and market aware.
At last, a committed driven full time leader! Now lets see the sp retrace its steps back to last July. Current valuation is a joke so let us have: Excellent interims showing profitability News on clinical sales of TexRAD Lung Details of imminent CE for TexRAD Liver News of big JV or two Regular market news. Perhaps even a Broker note in the near future. Not too much to ask is it? Come on got to be at least 5p by year end.
Hi El the technicality is way beyond me but I do take it as VERY positive that more evidence of the need for TexRAD is proven. Do you infer a clinical sale in there? Really wish the BOD would let the market know about actual sales, if that encourages TB to sell into a rising sp them so be it, at least it dilutes his holding. It cant stay at these levels forever, assuming that earnings rise and convert to profits.
Interims will be out later this month and with positive volume, despite general market carnage, I have taken the opportunity to slightly increase my holding at these levels. I was going to say bargain basement sp, but that is only true if my misgivings regarding the BOD are unfounded. The tone and breadth of detail in the Statement accompanying the results will be very important this time around imo. Interims previously have been regarded as pointers only BUT in this instance such has been the paucity of info from the Company that the sp has been trashed (well before current turmoil) and the BOD have to take responsibility and react to INFORM THE MARKET of FDBK potential, sales and development. Anything less is unacceptable imo.
Yeah lessons to learn for our beloved BOD! Do you think they look at this B.B.? Its all about communication, not difficult is it yet they just dont seem to get it. Arrogance, ignorance, indifference....take your pick. Just exasperates the hell out of me. Like him or not you have to hand it to TB he knows how to play AIM.
Morning Hors, thats TB 3-0 up at half time! Ridiculous situation and Im afraid our BOD have to take a lot of the blame for their cavalier attitude to communication and market information. The market perception of FDBK is woeful. If increasing the sp allows TB to sell more then so be it at least it gets the shares out and allows a sensible price to emerge. Communicating nothing allows the current malaise to continue....BOD should be ashamed imo.
Hi Hors, there really is only one way to describe their apparent treatment of shareholders.....DISGRACEFUL. I hope someone there reads this bb and they genuinely change their attitude. I wonder what Mr Cranston thinks of his recent investment, or TC and TB regarding their losses of the last two weeks? Dreadful silence from the BOD!
