Might be a bit of a tenuous link, but reference Sinovac. I believe they are part of the Sinopharm group. Probably just coincidental but the company that brokered Sar’s Chinese deal Link China Pharma Solutions, negotiated licensed co-development agreement between Cambridge-based vaccine company ImmunoBiology Ltd (ImmBio) and Sinopharm Vaccine Institute (LIBP) to co-develop ImmBio’s T-BioVax Vaccine against TB infection.

I believe you have misinterpreted Potnak's post. C-wobble was a very humorous name given to a number of obnoxious de-rampers who previously posted on this board. If i recall correctly it was first used by JT. Potnak is surmising, and most likely correctly that the heard will come and so will the derampers. Nothing to do with whether people decide to sell.
