I can reinforce what toblerrone has written regarding the deep sources of capital available to Zoe from strategic sources, as well as the increased availability of trade credit finance, both of which are prominently displayed in the fund report summary responding to winnifrith's most egregious claims that I reprinted here yesterday, and both flagged by me on this board months ago. Dangerous projection to make perhaps, but I'm not sure that this company will ever need to do a conventional, public equity offering again.

I know I'm getting a bit self-righteous on this but, its the sheer shamelessness, combined with the conspiracy-to-commit qualities that combine to push my buttons. Anyway, if this particular sham is eventually investigated - and I know the chances of that are very small - I reckon Bob Price is going to have a lot to answer for.

I cannot. I strongly believe however, that I at least know guys who know the guy or guys who published this - likely on twitter or telegram - and that I will see the link or the full report in my inbox before too long. By that time however, more social media-savvy posters, which is everyone, will likely have already found it on-line and provided that link. Hot off the press: Been shown a big report on Zoetic, these are some highlight bits from the summary

- FDA regulation covers Tobacco/Nicotine only. We have spoken to three legal firms in US, in summary there are no issues for the Zoetic CHILL brand and it is best summarized by the following quote:-

“The FDA has consistently declined to interpret “tobacco products” so broadly as to include products free of nicotine or tobacco.”

The Share Prophets thesis on regulation falls away entirely. Share Prophets have either mistakenly or intentionally misinterpreted the FDA’s position.

- Regarding CBD edibles and other CBD products the FDA has sent cease and desist letters to companies who either have incredibly high CDB content and/or THC which isn’t declared. Or are directly making specific medical claims about the product. Well manufactured CBD products and smoking alternatives are not subject to their jurisdiction (see page 24). The FDA has consistently confirmed this. Note certain State’s regulations do vary, but the tide is clearly one way in this respect and CDB operators/distributors are very aware of State by State variations.

- FCA - as we discussed previously and best summed up by the internal comment “if you describe people as floor-****ters how do expect to be taken seriously”

- Funding - we know of three entities (including us) that have offered financing over the last 4 months, all have been refused. Our read is that that is due to the margins and credit partners, ie large distribution companies there are offers of financing being proposed/offered to the company that will comprise a mixture of invoice discounting and credit lines

- Having to spoken to a number of people within the European Distribution market for healthcare products we understand that the New Distributor is one of the largest from within the EU currently, heavy presence in the UK and Europe but with increasing additional global reach. The UK will be the first market with the rest of Europe to follow. It is expected that the Distributor will roll-out into the largest UK retail healthcare names in Q2. The largest UK healthcare names include Boots, H&B, etc.

- Novel Foods regulation in the UK will knock out most small or “Mom and Pop” operators in the CBD market in the UK. Concentrating the supply of products into the few large CBD companies and distributors.

- We anticipate that the distribution deals, AATAC, European Distributor and the new ones, will have commitments and clauses along the lines that that they will only distribute or prioritise CHILL and Zoetic products in their categories. Win/Win of course

- The analysis we have done on the share register and trading over the last month shows that the larger holders (Top 30) have in the substantial majority been increasing their holdings. The latest mindless attack by the winnifrith gang on advfn has literally, just last night, fallen on trying to **** off the AATAC deal which I was busy pushing back on into the wee hours, and you suddenly pitch up here and ask about that very thing??? Sorry mate, no way. I don't believe in coincidences. Meantime, to add what bigkahuna and gallini responded, look again at the AATAC website and see if you can find any other CBD products like our chews or smokes. You won't bc our agreement appears exclusive which, in concert with early, assured shelf space, can mean literally billions to the company over the next 2-5 years.

Zoetic does NOT feature bc it is the very beginning of their rollout with AATAC. Oh, and you are NOT suddenly 'doing some research on ZOE'. ok, scsc, I take your point....but only to a point. Consider the illogic of the entire thing. Forget the motive, jealousy/bitterness, which I admit is difficult to prove (though as I challenge on the other board, see if you can get Robert Price to open up as to where he might have sold his zoe shares and try and divine whether that might just have left a bitter taste in his mouth). Firstly, Path is 'withdrawing' from a deal that has already been withdrawn from them, but even more insane, they are sighting - or really implying in a completely vague manner - as their reason zoe's sudden poor 'press' (is it even worth mentioning that winny's nonsense never made it near the legitimate press?) about an asset that PREDATES the current zoe management, the people who turned highland straw into zoe gold. If they had the slightest interest in actually buying the damned thing, what possible difference would it make that zoe's current management is being maligned by a toothless scrounger through a bottom-feeder platform? The saddest bit of all is that Path needed to find a couple hundred thousand quid, peanuts, to obuy this thing apparently, and that couldn't even raise that much. Concerning? Maybe, but for Path shareholders I reckon. Not that I know anything, but I reckon it is way more likely that Price is somehow dancing to winny's tune on this/just be obnoxious for the sake of it.

As with winnifrith, there is really no upside (well maybe a bit more in responding to the Path nonsense than the winny nonsense, but its close) to Zoe responding to such transparent twaddle. Zoe clearly gave Path multiple opps to close the deal and equally obviously, Path couldn't come close to raising the dough needed, so ZOE cancelled the deal in December, and Path, run by a deeply jealous and bitter Robert Price, who sold his entire holding in Zoe to partly fund the Path disaster, issued yesterday's objectively ridiculous RNS that completely reflected Price's sour grapes. There, does that do the trick?

I'm not asking you to do anything Hitter, so stow the sarcasm. If I'm on a board, then yes, some people do make investment decisions based on what I write, because it often happens to be among the best information available. So, you're welcome I guess

Hitman, respect, but you are quite wrong, unfortunately, in my considered opinion. We can argue about it another time, but repelling nonsense from mindless critics on these boards is near-essential in an early-stage growth company like Zoetic with no formal research as yet. The 25% mostly poop slinging that inevitably gets mixed in, is an unfortunate by-product of a necessary effort. You may find some of ad hominem posts frustrating but believe me, the benefits that accrue to the share price over time outweigh the cost.
