Sahid - I've been trying desperately to find superzero's 'paragraph' in the Ameresco update as well and then realised we can't find it because it wasn't there. It's from their work on Phase I and Ameresco’s Phase 1 was a paper exercise that didn’t include Invinty's batteries. They purchased IES's batteries for a reason, and we should all be looking forward to their proving they were right to do so. The company seem extremely confident in their grid-tied operation.

The shares are up primarily because of Bushveld's shares have gone primarily to Schroders, the most sophisticated institutional buyer we could hope for. The group now have over 20% of the company across numerous funds, but the main driver is Andy Brough a mini-legend in UK small caps and a big supporter of the company back to its RedT roots. Most importantly then, Schroders and Brough will be well informed as to Bushveld's issues and the reasons behind the selldown of the their IES stake and yet were obviously still very comfortable in taking much of the block sales, particularly the final few. This sends a particularly strong message to the market generally in my view. Buy like no one is watching.....

I took a not-insubstantial amount of time to try and educate people like you, who think if they've been stroking each other every day on a message board for a couple of years and they read the company's RNSs, that makes them some kind of expert, entitled to insult someone who happens to actually know what he's talking about, but what he's talking about doesn't comport with the gang's groupthink. Not only did I specifically articulate BMN's important role in getting the original RTO over the line - which you clearly did not read bc you felt the need to repeat it as if I didn't - but, much more importantly, I explained that experts like you clearly do not understand the corporate structure at BMN, specifically Bushveld Resources' current financial status and how that has, combined with some critical capital needs at Enerox, I believe, led directly to Bushveld's ham-fisted, unprofessional and needlessly accelerated selldown of their IES stake and how that, on balance, reflects poorly on BMN generally. This is what is called an informed opinion and it is coming from someone who is getting a little tired of a bunch of wet behind the ears wannabes like you yapping at him constantly. Generally, 'cln' refers to a credit-linked note, a generally very expensive form of capital for companies and thus often associated with companies with credit difficulties, yet - shock - CLNs have precisely NOTHING to do with the simple, elegant equity Financing Agreement that Zoe signed with LDA. That kind of glaring error, referenced multiple times in his rant, is clearly a transparent attempt to smear Zoe by association, and therefore Billy's near-immediate praise of this obvious bad actor's 'bravery' makes his intentions even more suspect.

What do you 2 pinheads even think is a 'normal' placement? Do you think companies just pitch up and issue equity at yesterday's closing price, in these markets? In fact the 10% max discount is pretty bloody keenly priced if you ask me and unlike you 2, I know what I'm talking about. As a pretty useful example, take a look at the recent raise from Argo Blockchain, like Zoe, a massive multibagger over the past 1 1/2years. They recently raised money at a 20% discount. As for the hot take on vwap being de facto for anything, that's just so objectively stupid, I'm almost reluctant to mention it. Every equity placement done since vwap was invented, has used vwap pricing over a certain period prior to the placement date to guide the pricing of the deal. Even the 'offer of cash' from a 'major shareholder' would have "ahem" been priced at a discount to the vwap over a period of time prior. This facility Zoe have signed is useful for the quantum of funds available and the speed with which it can be implemented without the company giving up anything material relative to a 'normal' equity placement. End of, you ignorant, but oh so confident, phonies.
