I was excited when it was announced for several reasons, ****ed when it was announced that the transaction is delayed, but I accept the circumstances and have moved on. I DO NOT think, after some serious investigation, that any of the principals did anything wrong or inappropriate. It was an extremely unusual, even unique, event in a small cap company and I believe sincerely that all parties made - and continue to make, though the higher the share price goes, the more difficult of course it will be to close at least the original terms - a genuine effort to close the transaction, but were overcome by this virus-influenced financial environment. And I shouldn't even have to say this, but least of all do I believe that there was ever even the hint of motivation on the part of the principals to engage in some kind of short-term effort to gin-up the share price. Over to you qf......

First cranleigh, that 'lie' competes for pride of place with his oh-so-confident-but-oh-so-idiotic assertion that the FDA is going to swoop in to shut down the company any second for not getting approval for products they don't require approval for. That really takes some beating. Anyway, your explanation is an elegant one, but the off-line/on-line phoney 'conundrum' is likely simply of matter of a timing gap between product delivery to the 18 'beta' stores being prior to the 30 Sep period end, and invoicing after that cutoff.

Lots more to say about just what a villain this winnifrith is/was and the decrepit elements of yesterday's spectacularly unsuccessful attack, but this is a post I just put up on advfn which may be useful for some going forward: '....And while I tend to increasing my position, here's another important 'inside football' little detail for those of you not suffering from the Dunning-Kruger Effect: there is no more borrow of any real size in this name. In other words, the short position - which does indeed include the 600k that winnifrith's team thought would initiate a heart attack in the market and lead to a -20%+ fall yesterday but which obviously fell far short of its goal, and which was extensively discussed here and elsewhere - was pretty much the last of the munitions. From here, any co-ordinated short selling group(s) need to jawbone this share price down; ie., put out rubbish like how the FDA is going to shut down the company for products that don't need FDA approval in the first place in order to convince holders to sell, because they have pretty much run out of available shares to borrow and short themselves. Oh my.....'

By March month-end, likely, for full-year 2020 results. Last year they didn't report full-year 2019 until July, but that was very likely bc of the merger, covid, etc. As for recent 'light' volume and share price idling, while hot money is busy elsewhere, is frankly, fine by me.

Just a cursory glance at the the first genius's gurgling and it's obvious that the post is meant to mock my posting history. The nonsense about his 'having worked with Redt products....', etc and then him listing SPACs (though I guarantee he had to google what they are and even then doesn't understand), and several of the other companies in the sector and even misrepresenting my comments about 'bubbles' were clearly a ham-fisted attempt to put all of ScoutS's ignorant rantings towards me into one avatar. Very subtle.

Um....has anyone seen my 2 favourite foils? They appear to have been removed. Like completely. I think its what the kids might call a form of ghosting. I've only seen this once and it was a clear case of a long-time troll libelling the company's CEO. Is this more common than I think? Any theories out there?
