Indeed, if you dig into the testing data you can see the PCR testing 7 day average has gone up 50% since the April low. I'm still surprised NCYT hasn't started to rally hard yet given we are correlated to PCR testing numbers. Maybe its just not been picked up on yet...

Its not politically palatable to have a high hospital number... better to say we only have 1% of people getting covid hospitalised, so vaccines are amazing. Now they undoubtedly help, but if you open everything up and get 100,000 cases a day (which is where we are going at the monet), then that 1% is still 1000 hospital beds a day filled up. utter baffons handling this current wave. Lets open up even more and make it 'irreversible' complete liabilities all of them.

Cheers, for me though I have no interest in a foreign holiday, too much hassle and only downsides if anything changes. I'm just thinking more along the lines if under 12's dont need tests, and yet are the most likely to be contagious given schools etc, then I see it being a big problem of growing cases for holiday destinations. We know what kids are like running around on holiday. I do wonder at the common sense of allowing brits in given we are currently the Euro country with one of the highest and growing delta variant infections. I know they need the money, but its very dangerous for Europe in my view. Points to another euro wide wave incoming.

Does the PCR test rule apply to children too out of curiosity? Imagine it must otherwise you have a big proportion of travellers with no vaccine of test that are coming from a highly infected delta area. Can't imagine that'd end well for the holiday destinations

Interesting if you read into their calculated ratios and forward forecasts, pe and earnings/price ratios etc highlight the undervaluation nicely, even using their forward estimates. Imagine the value investing houses will be all over that in coming weeks now its updated.

They have the completely wrong revenue number, it was discussed in detail yesterday. I doubt any institutional investors use simply wallstreet for their investment information. If you want to look at a companies financials use bloomberg or reuters.

I don't see how it peaks in August if we open up fully mid July and allow all the holiday travel. If anything I expect a huge explosion in infections july-sep, just as we head into flu season.... 50% increase a week. At this rate (using 40% increase) we will hit 70000 cases a day by begin August.

Its only insider info though if they trade on confidential updates not in the public domain. Theyve stated LFT will come before end 1H, and add significant value. Nothing very ambiguous about that to prevent them buying.

I look at it as the company has given guidance, which was supported by accountants/auditors. Now if the market choses to ignore the numbers and still price the company too low, they are well within their rights to buy shares. If they come out in a few days and settle with those numbers no one can argue that theyve used inside info, as the market already knows it, it has just choosen to remain cautious. Thats why I would see a director RNS buy as being such a good buy signal. Academic of course until we get one, but for me probably more important than a new contract win for example.

Cheers Porky. It's far too cheap to be out frankly, just have to be willing to tolerate the games that are played with the price. Personally I see the next major trigger barring an LFT RNS being a director buy RNS. Any sign that they consider this to be a bargain price and that will be the start of a big rally. Not sure if they are locked out for any regulatory reasons, but we shall see over coming days.

Even more interesting was my bid was above the offer at the time I put it up. As soon as I posted it the other bid on the book went 0.1p above it so i didn't get filled. Make of that what you will, but it's very unusual.

I've had a bid of 333.5 sat on the books for an hour and a half, and whilst being within half a percent of it not even the slightest volume offering into it. Looks like we have little volume willing to sell here, could point to a decent afternoon ahead.

Morning Ad, yes I bought back in yesterday morning at 322. Thought on it overnight and decided there wasn't anywhere else with as much upside, and barring the games that are played should do well. Overall reduced my price a bit so worked out well.
