They must have got two different definitions out there. I'm on their homepage ftse co uk and it says "before" the Friday not after on that site. I guess we'll just have to wait and see which date they mean. "The FTSE 100, FTSE 250, FTSE 350 and FTSE 350 Yield Indices are reviewed on a quarterly basis in March, June, September and December based on data from the close of business on the Tuesday before the first Friday of the review month. The meetings to approve the constituents are held on the Wednesday before the first Friday in March, June, September and December."
