If you do research and find value in a company buy and hold until your targets are reached, don't let sentiment affect your decisions. No one knows how it will behave over a short period. Yes it may get to 599 and drop down but look at it as a longer term investment, and set levels you want to hit as profit targets. If you don't like having a hard target, divide your holding by 3 and sell at 3 different profit levels. That way you will lock in profit as it rises whilst still being happy for it to rise.

Ifonly you need to stop worrying about minute by minute, day by day moves. Set a target a stick to it. You'll just stress yourself out otherwise.

None of us know if or when there will be a takeover. The fact that we and the press are discussing it means that it is a distinct possibility. It's just one of the many positives to build a position.

That was the weird day when they won a good contract, price jumped on the back of it then got smashed back down again to end flat. That'd explains that odd day then.

All I can say is that from my experience when a stock trades counter to fundamentals it usually mean someone is furiously trying to keep the price down for a specific reason. It could be an imminent takeover approach, or someone building a big stake. Eiter way im getting more bullish by the day and personally wake up each day expecting a takeover rns.

My guess would be one of the big traders will have an option expiring (month end), so are moving the price to profit on their paper position. All imho of course but its what i would do if i held a paper position

Id agree with you beware except that all the other oilers are up. Add to that a new contract win, and its clearly targetted manipulation. Not that it matters in the long run, but its one of the more blatant manipulations ive seen on pfc.

Just use it to your advantage and buy more at the cheaper price. Someones obviously driv8ng it down so can buy cheaper. Cant do that if everyone is buying into it. Add more

$265m. Thats 4 contracts in last few weeks. Sector certainly looks like its picking up now

Yes it's very clear we have turned the corner here. You don't get the head owner buying another �10m in shares if he's not happy with what's going on. Just a case of sitting back now and watching the rise. Today, tomorrow, next month who knows, but we'll be looking back at 500 as dirt cheap soon.
