Bouvet quite a few million plus trades this morning all stamped as unknown. I don't have L2 so can't really say what the prices were at the time stamps, perhaps someone else has already delved into the price at the time. My hope is they were buys as the price opened up way down this morning, but that could have been because they had these sells to get through.
Amor 15 you would think so morally, but by the rules they don't have 3% holding any of them so no need to issue any RNS saying they have fled the nest.
What's wrong with a G shock love mine.
Warthog good luck to you and the good lady for the op.
Our HNWis won't be able to afford it soon if this carries on
Whitty102 all the BoD have done is announce the AGM.
No they have put back all dates of trials by 9 months at least. They have switched from a pill form to a capsule form, why, the pill form was fine before. They have brought in PH who are doing God knows what. They sold some of their expiring options virtually signalling the fact nothing is happening. Tim states he knows his fiduciary duty, yet if we onlicense something he may look at producing another compound, or buying one in. Sorry if he gets some cash in pay the loyal shareholders a pigging dividend for God's sake. As I said earlier this morning I think they have no confidence in their own compounds,so delay after delay, but I hope I am completely and utterly wrong
They have pulled something out of the bag they sold at 6p. Looking as though they knew something was coming, so where's the fiduciary duty in that. Must admit have no dreams anymore about this it's looking like we are being shafted. Not even sure I blame PH, do the delays mean that Sareum have no confidence in their compounds. Should they have carried on with the pill format instead of an 8 month delay to switch to capsules, or is that another delaying tactic to avoid the proof of the pudding in trials. The appointment of PH I have no idea of if it's to bring II money in then it's at the PIs loss watching the SP right now. Think my Sareum dream has been pi..ed on this last few weeks, sad to say it and I hope I am totally totally wrong.
737 the CPT want scrapping allowing this to happen.
Hello LeMajor have I missed something, which trials are starting off this year. I thought 737 was possibly Q2 in 22, same as CTA for 1801. I did ask the question a while back where is 1802 upto as I could seeno mention of its timeline in the TU. Covid trials not a scooby about them.
Be nice if another HNW decided to drop in now at this SP.

Hello Jo share weren't the share options forward sold on the morning of the RNS, the slack is already taken up I think.
This drop us a case of no news and impatient PIsin my opinion only.
Hopefully it swings back soon not nice watching a drop like this.
Ooh Mikey do let us know when you do won't you
Well done Sfttrader didn't read far enough into that RNS . You are dead right it looks to be just SAR terminology.
Well Sfttrader it's not stated on any exercise of options that I have looked back on, all the way back to the IPO. Have you got the date of the RNS please where you have seen this before, obviously I could have missed it.
Mike 2129 that was between five of them, not each, and not an equal split as I think John and Tim are paid more, as the science chaps.
So Jonners79 you are saying it is possible for directors/emoyees of the target business to exercise and sell share options whilst in negotiations with the buyer, eg within a closed period. To me that makes a bit more sense of the two directors AGREEING to sell their shares at 6p each. Who the heck would they agree to sell to.
To me it could be one of the HNWI who have said exercise them and sel them to me, I can take a little dip in the SP. It could be Peel Hunt targeting the two main men saying we are onto a deal a little sweetener for you two now is take this option before the deal gears up, all with theconsent of the buyer.
Or Tim and John could have just had us allover, doubt it from what people say about them
Be interesting to hear what people with L2 are seeing in relation to our new super broker, PeelHunt.
Are they hitting the price to let their institutions in, if so how is that fair on the ordinary PIs who have supported this company over the years
Hello Lazarus2 surely they must have been acquiring shares over the last few weeks presumably this deal has been agreed some weeks ago. Would they not need a float of shares to broker right from the off or am I being too naieve?.
So Trimme if you are not going to ask the BoD questions why bother spouting on here.
I don't get your delays either, 1802 as I asked the question a few days ago doesn't say it's CTA is delayed but then it doesn't mention it being done before the end of this year, so to me that's means it's okay, and as someone pointed out the actual lack of detail maybe really good news.
1801 has been put back marginally due to a big change in direction to capsule form. I imagine the BoD see this as a big asset to it's licensing, they know better than I in that regard.
1801 in Covid is still being considered for Agile and is in the planning stage. If you have read any posts in the past few months you may refuse that the BoD don't want 1801 Covid trials, if they fail, to hamper 1801 immune trials.
737 is in the hands of Sierra and has a plan for next year.
Aurora well you never know perhaps the crystalline form will shoot this into the stratosphere.
So stop spouting and go and voice your concerns next week.
Batonrouge, he already is on ADVFN as C31161 alias TRIMME. You may remember him from a few months ago, bought at 9 went down to 6 moaned and moaned, promised to sell out if it got back to 9, and never did, just started moaning again.
still going for its CTA before the end of this year, or am I missing something. The RNS shows a plan for SDC1801 in immune and Covid with CTA by mid 2022 and hopefully/maybe a fast track for Covid. Yet it doesn't say anything about SDC1802 CTAnow but I always thought that was this year it does menton translational and soluble forms, so thinking 1802 is not in the capsule route. To be honest just a little bit lost with 1802 now if someone could enlighten me a little, it would be a help.

I don't know any HNWI's by the way but I don't understand why some think they are here for 50 baggers etc.,
To me they are probably more akin to professional gamblers and would be looking for odds of eve money, or odds on winners. Pro gamblers will bet 10k to win 11k. Appreciate these HNWI will have advisers and such and would have to clear more than 11k for 10k to pay for their advice and services, but they would still be happy and clearing big profits at 50% up on deals. After all if every deal they did 30 or 50 bagged then they wouldn't be classed as HNWI they would be in the billionaire seats. I do believe they know more than the ordinary PI does and are here for a big reason, be that money or world health who knows. Hopefully both and hopefully soon.
Madd_ripp you know we love you on Advfn you are part of team SAREUM. LSE will catch on.
Not a clue how this is going to affect Monday but it's upto Sareum to blow their own trumpet and blow it bloody loud.
