Hello PCS1954 when you brought it up a few weeks ago I said it was the same wording as the year before it's just SAR terminology. Not me who found that out at the time of the RNS back in November where everyone was attaching meanings to the term AGREE. it's was Smart.inv who pointed out it was the same terminology the year before when Tim and John exercised some options then sold them straight away.
Can't see the problem they exercised some options which when granted to them probably carried an agreement to sell at the the date of exercise current prices.
And they DID sell them.

RNS 3rd Nov both Tim Mitchell and John Reader agreed to sell.

Hello Mafuta with it mostly being electronic suppose the Brokers may send them as and when they get them so yes maybe they do have a good idea of the outcome. Let's just get it done probably suffer an initial drop but let's hope the news starts to come through in line with their plans to boost shareholder value. Hopefully they have such a plan.

Hello Fathertedcrilly I don't see how they could know in advance with their shares and the HNWs shares they still only hold around 5 to 7%. Unless some of the group's set up in the past have pledged their support that might make them think they will swing it. Although I read a good few days back forget which poster said it but they inferred they were in a group and their vote was going to be no. Looking at past AGM and votes they probably think not that many will actually vote so that gives them the edge as active voters. I have changed back and forth but I am of the opinion the BoD big players have a lot of shares themselves so will think something good is coming out of Consolidation so will go along with that. I just hope it's all sorted in the next fifteen months and Sareum as we know it has been and gone and it's old shareholders have all walked or sailed off into the sunset. With nice bank balances of course 50p to a £1 is my dream.

Apprehensive same as HL told me just state which option and my vote for that option.

Sorry Utah meant to say that you may be right with the 3p figure. However if that figure then brings us 20 to 30 million from Institutions, the SP will react and other investors will want to get in forcing the SP up , unless the BoD shafted the PIs and kept diluting to get new big boys on board. Hopefully they aren't that type.

Utah struggling to get investors on board?, what is it now within the last ten months over 5 mill and possibly 5 HNWs, hopefully all 5 are still here and haven't sold up. Compare that to previous years where they had to place virtually every year for less than a million. Think you are right in one respect that they are now going for the BIG investors either to show Big Pharma they need to increase any offers significantly or the HNWs have said let's try it on our own to the next phase. Big gamble but big payouts if it starts to click. I am erring now to that's why they need the consolidation to meet II investment criteria.

About ten years ago I wrote a drunken Friday night rant about us all going on about Takeovers, NDAs in abundance, all great things about to happen and basically said it was all ****e. Anyway woke up the next morning with numerous posts telling me I should f.. off, sell up, do one etc.,. I actually posted an apology and the only nice reply I got was from Thoth2 who said all opinions should be welcomed and the post I had drunkenly written was very Withnail and I, not a clue what he meant, still not watched the film either but it was a nice thing of him to do. Got crucified off everyone else including the expert Jontangle if I remember rightly. Always will have time for T2 just hope his bigger price predictions come sooner rather than later.

Alright we have been blasted down fifty times so I would only have 6489 shares post consol but it's still just over £19k Divi. Might sway my vote in Feb. Utah why would you doubt it it has happened to all of us but in lesser numbers I could have sold at 10 and made 32k but if I sell now I am stuck at selling at 4 ( hopefully ) so pro rata it's nearly the same. Just because some people have got more shares than we have don't **** them off for still having more profit if they sold up.

about what has happened to previous consolidation experiences but all after the event. From peoples previous experience what has happened immediately pre consolidation is the share price normally walked down when consolidations were announced or is this unusual. Also why has it been walked further down on the RNS issue when people knew it was being touted by the company and touted favourably weeks ago surely it was already priced in. Have PH seen an opportunity to screw it down further. Whilst most here support the BoD can't help thinking Gunner may have a point and they will be nicely set up if whoever wants SAR get it for the price they want. Wouldn't be the first time heads are turned on AIM. Before this post gets blasted it's not an empty vessel spoutin it's an opinion and they are allowed to be aired.

Oldishandpoorish if it's not worth you selling because you are on a big loss already you might want to change your £2 sell order. If the SP stabilises at 4p and converts at 50 to 1 that's your £2 gone there and then and your shares are sold and your loss has happened.
Unless of course any limits currently set with brokers etc., are also ranked up by 50 to 1 worth thinking about by the people who use limit orders, I don't know personally.

SCHeckler not decided which way I am going to vote but the reasons from the BoD are all reasons given in the past by investors, they have always said there was no need too and it was too costly.
So what has changed, gave they rally got Instis waiting to invest but can't because it goes against their policies. Is it the HNWs pushing for it. Is it PH pushing for it so they can make a few million whilst allegedly trashing our SP.

How does anyone on here know that the HNWs are not averaging down, there are lots of million and half million buys throughput the last three months. RNS s were issued when each new HNW placement happened because that's what they were in effect new shares issued. Unless they pass a threshold they can buy on the open market anytime they want they wouldn't even need to tell the Sareum BoD, every buy they do is not an RNS.

You do know by his own admission Trimme didn't sell either and then forever moaned about his investment being down. He is still moaning about it as C31161 or something like it on Advfn. That's if he was ever invested at all.

But Warthog4 Mr. Parker did step in on the last slide and bought shares in the Company which steadied the SP and really reversed the slide at the time. He is also the one who promotes most tweets for Sareum hopefully to give us PIs hope that things although quiet are going okay. I think this last year Mr Parker has done his bit publicly for Sareum, it wasn't him who sold options back in October. I hate what's going on but I get encouraged by the posters who knowmore thank about the science and it's time frame. We probably all wish we had sold in the high nines and bought back in the middle threes, iWork it out on my calculator virtually everyday. At my age patience is wearing thin but I cannot sell as I believe things are coming hopefully this year, need to buy my forever home in Amble soon.
