Hello Tenantry there are ways share ownership can be hidden, as I said there are 4 countries that don't require companies to issue them, one is Israel I believe, make of that what you will. Our own FCA have some provisos built in where companies can accumulate without declaring but I think those situations are time limited. The TO code on the FCA site is long and confusing to me but you can see those things stated. Have to say this was true the last time I looked, if it's changed don't all pike on, please.

Hello Warthog4 if they have a client in the wings waiting to place an offer for us there would have to be an awful lot more volume going through. The vast vast majority of shares in this company are in private hands,who amongst us long and short term holders would accept a low ball 3p per share offer, not many. This PH client would have to be buying big just to get anywhere having enough away on the vote for TO.. No TRs issued for many a month now so nobody building over the thresholds at the moment.
That said was it Oct/Nov 20 when we saw the billion share churn over two or three days, no TRs then either, but four countries don't require their companies to do so when building positions, HMMMMM?

Hello Boycey didn't the Ask click over the 10 in early August just after the 4th HNW announcement. Obviously very few if any would have got that 10p but I think there were deals at 9.75, if I remember rightly it didn't click over for very long.

Hmmmmm maybe maybe not, but Hot black did point out they have over a hundred million their selves, so unless they have been offered a shady deal I still believe they want to create shareholder value. Also four out five HNWs can't be wrong.

Silverfoil13 I have done four laterals in the last week as has my wife and reported everyone of them, all negative. Will do another two each this weekend as we are off upto the van in the North East and we will report them too. What's the point of testing if you don't report the results, it all helps strategy.

Cobradan if they had bought from existing stock wouldn't that be the open market, and would not need an RNS, and the money would not have gone to SAR.
This way little bit of dilution, more money in the coffers for progressing compounds, and the chance to put out that RNS trumpeting the fact of more investment.

Hello Bigeasy94 certainly makes me a lot happier about any consolidation happening. If the HNWs are happy with a possible consolidation then so am I.

that the BoD haven't forgotten the support from the PIs over the last fifteen years, buying shares in all the placements of the past. Feels like we have left the little school and gone to the big school, now we are there Tim and John et Al, have met new friends and gone off to play with them, forgetting all the times we have pulled them through.

Not sure I understand, he didn't sell, he bought. My DAFT question was why didn't he do it as a placement giving real cash to Sareum after costs. Instead he bought on the open market where the money goes to the MMs not Sareum,but does bolster Sareums SP.

Probably a very daft question but why didn't Mr Parker use his 10k buy as a placement just like the HNWs. That would have been money directly into Sareums coffers, very slight dilution to us but still the same message to the world. Does it cost too much to increase the shares in issue then have them issued by the powers that be. Great thing done by Mr Parker by the way whichever way he did it.

Madura had an email at 1pm from our caravan site in Belford for all static owners to come up and secure all furniture, it's only 210 miles away. Second mail about five saying forget that they are shutting the whole site down probably for the weekend, good job I hadn't set off. Oh and power cuts now through the village.

Hello HBD no had AZ for my first two, Moderna this time. Heard the usher guy telling someone that if they give Moderna to double AZ it gives 96% protection, didn't hear what he said about anything Pfizer though.
Didn't mention Sareum either which peed me off a bit, should have had some leaflets printed and left them on the chairs.
