They have warrants issued for a five year period which can be exercised if the SP stays at or above 5p for five consecutive days, so they can take these anytime over the next five years which is roughly another six million shares they could access dependant on the SP.
Just don't think this entity is bothered about the SP think they are in it to promote the science. If the SP shoots ahead or Sareum get taken out they still make money to invest elsewhere, and you would think whoever took Sareum over was after the science themselves for the good of all of us.

Personally Casper I think this HNW person would not care about the share price at all at the moment. I think they may have invested purely to get the science moving and onward to saving lives, if as a few have said it is the likes of Mrs Gates she has a big interest in Lupus and may have seen the reports from the American MoD. Further to that they accept not being able to cash in warrants till 5p is met shows to me they just aren't concerned with the SP.
All that said if Sareum has the brakes released or Covid gets the go ahead, or the TO happens, then they won't care about that either. The money they make from any of those scenarios just lets them pump more in somewhere else to further the science and treatments.

Unite most businesses offer their BoD share options as part of their package. You should look at it as a positive thing it's in their interest to take the SP above their exercise price so it's worth their buying and selling them as the business progresses. To be honest it is dilution of a sort, but in the great scheme of things it's a small percentage. Also the BoD in the last few years gave taken part salary in shares to keep costs down. I would love to see the whole BoD exercising all their options over the next few weeks that would mean big things are underway. Good find on the Australian thing this morning by the way.

Surely this treatment is not Sareums it's been developed in Australia, can't understand why it's being connected with our secret patent. Looks like a direct competitor to SARS treatments, unless I am reading it totally wrong.

Blackisleboy think you might find if there's a TO, or similar, that Tim and John would remain as advisers, at least to the next phase wherever they are at TO time. We hope they sell on, but I think these two are genuine scientists who want to see their compounds, or their babies if you like, progress and help people lead better lives. Hopefully though they can see when an offer is beneficial for every part of Sareum, the compounds, the science, their selves and not forgetting US the Shareholders. That's what the NEDs and Parker are there for.

Is this something to do with the EQS group who seem quite an aggressive investor relations firm and look after investor relations and corporate governance for companies. Could be that Sareum linked up with them at the VC thing and this is their starting to push Sareums case with the institutions. Not the best start but they seem to be a big concern.
