They are looking at 2 different contracts one would be the spot price and the other would be the Dec -24 contract which is currently $43 higher.

Capital reduction refers to the process of being able to buy back shares in ones own company.

They need to get permission to do this.

Yep Robjm66, I think Harry did say 200,000 Oz production but not for 2/3 years I would think.

Lots of potential here for sure and I am thinking about buying more but just weighing up the time frame for these things to happen (the lost opportunity cost ). As you say lets wait for the 1.5p to revisit.

My only query with 1.5p now is that would value Kefi at £100 million Market Cap

Now Pan African Resources is currently valued at £500 million Market Cap in production with 185,000 Oz /year soon to be 250,000 by December with a dividend of the order of 4% and probably going to rise with the current POG. AISC of $1350 per Oz.

so is it worth 1/5 of the price with no mine at all in place? PAF have at least 4 mines

Sorry TCM I didn't make myself clear, I have been here since 2010 and lost an absolute bucket load back then on this share.

I made a lot on paper initially and then lost a lot for real and some on paper still in my pension fund which still is underwater massively, bought at £3.50ish. I don't blame other for these mistakes I've made but this is my situation.

The 18 months refers to the 500k shares I bought in that time frame because I thought Navitas were the key to this happening and still do.

I had basically written off my initial the losses until Navitas stepped up, there is some hope now of recouping these losses with my larger shareholding now.

Thanks for the calming words LLT,PD and D1, (although I did ask politely not to say the word patience LOL) I feel we must be at the level of black hole darkness ATM from the official RNS point of view!

I will hang in here a little longer as I do believe it will come good and make up lost ground and then some, eventually.

Many of my gold stocks are up 40 to 100%... unfortunately my biggest holding is in RKH...and please don't say patience again .

They have taken out a loan from the company to purchase more shares in the company and put up collateral of other owned shares which they will receive no dividend on, presumably as a form of interest payment for the loan...

Have I got this right?

At an AISC of $1350 even at $2200 they must be racking it in now.

Also a pull back to $2200 will only get people buying more who have been looking for an entry point for weeks now...

There is a possibility of a further pull back to 2075 the break out point of gold but there would be massive buying at that point , I don't think it will get to that level personally.

At $2200 gold, there could be a breakout for PAF above 24p if they increase Ozs ,but probably not if they don't.

Just to clarify G-NBC did you mean profits of $76.2m?

Also I think Cobus is low balling the second half production figures so there could well be a revised number.

I am not aware of any major works that need to be done to bring down the H2 to 86500oz from the H1 figure of 98000oz.

Just bought 2 X 250,000 shares, back in again since exiting all positions back in March 2011.

Lets hope they can stick to their timeline for this year.

Made good money back in 2011 hoping for the same this time around.......
