As previously disclosed the first two phases of the Sea Lion development is set to use an FPSO, being the Aoka Mizu, which shall have production capacity of 55k bopd (19.25k bopd net to Rockhopper). Navitas has today provided an update that it is investigating accelerating the development of subsequent phases of the Sea Lion development and has accordingly signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") for an additional FPSO which could increase the Sea Lion production capacity by a further 125,000 bopd (43.75k bopd net to Rockhopper). There is no guarantee that this MOU will convert to legally binding agreements.

I think if the gold price stays anywhere near the current levels then all of the major gold producers will be giving out special dividends over the next 18months or so. Their FCF is off the charts at the moment and as soon as they have paid down all their debts shored up their future Oz in the ground what else is there going to be to do with it?

Lufc..,,I got just over 6.3% of what I oversubscribed for with IG over several accounts, you seem to have got 4.2% others on here seem to have got different amounts depending on their provider, which seems totally bizarre to me..

Good points Busted, but from memory PAF have over 40 M Oz of reserves a massive amount for this size company. they wont be running out any time soon, as you say 8 is a conservative PE , if we get to a mania phase a 20 PE could be achieved.

That's what I did as well, I didn't ask for more than 100% extra of what I was entitled to.

I'm not sure why they have base the % on the extra shares applied for I think a fairer way to would have been to give is a % of your holding.

Say I held 49 shares in RKH entitled to 1 share in the OO but i ask for a 1,000,000 extra and get awarded 6.6% of that 66,000 shares at 53p does that sound fair? I might be exaggerating the numbers but you get what I mean..

IG have issued the extra shares and refunded the difference in cash.

They have given me approx 6.6% of what I asked for as extra shares.

Not sure i agree with how they has done it but there you go.....tis what it is

Maybe there will be further a RNS regarding Sam's uptake but so far he has only got 38% of his entitlement.

I doubt very much that will be the case here.

I am going to assume a fairer way to do this and on a pro rata basis would mean shareholder will be allocated whatever extra shares there are on the basis of their holdings.

Example:

Shareholder 1 with 53,000 shares allocated 1000 and oversubscribed 100% so an extra 1000 shares to make a total of 2000 shares

Shareholder 2 with 53,000 shares allocated 1000 and oversubscribed 500% so an extra 5000 shares to make a total of 6000 shares

They will both get the same allocation of extra shares IMO, not based on what they subscribed for, but on their holdings.

Good luck with getting 100k shares on the over subscription ,I am with IG and you are correct in that 12pm on the 9th was the cut off for the offer for IG account holders but they also stated that any over subscription would be scaled back to 100% of your intitled allocation.

That would currently cost me 15k to do the same, I'm not sure I have that much faith in these various people to actually make a decision... lol..

To be fair I'm surprised the GMC are still around and with only 300m shares in issue, I say that as a shareholder from over 15 years ago but having lost 95% of their value since then.

5591 Rockhopper Exploration PLC Open Offer Expiring on 09/01/2026 12 PM UKT

The above is how it showing up in my IG Account in with all the rest of my shares.

I cannot action it yet, this is just my allocation, I would expect to get further instructions at some point.

The Expiry on 09/01/2026 12 PM UKT is IG own internal timetable that needs to be adhered to not the actual time stated in the Rockhopper announcement, I guess IG need time to collate it all and put it through for Monday the 12th. Might be similar for other providers..

Supposedly close of play Friday the 19th, however I have an email from IG at 3.20pm yesterday, I have copied a except below of what was said..

My allocation is already showing up in my IG accounts: obviously not bought yet but what I am entitled to apply for in my IG ISA , IG Share trading account and most surprisingly in my IG spread betting account!! Did not expect any in the SB account but they are there...Happy days..

I'm Pretty clued in thanks and don't need spoon feeding , to be fair most of the time these boards are a waste of time and you have just proved that again.
