I'm with you EG777, i'm sure someone will put it better but the $1.8bn you mentioned is for Rockhoppers 35% but you have cut it down to a third of that number for your calculations, I think this is a mistake........

Charting wise we are currently right at the top end for a rising channel and also making a bullish flag, if we can get to and remain at about 80p then technically its also a big plus....for the next move up

Yup MoodyBlue, thats pretty much what I had to do at Barclays, they voted for me I have no idea if they actually did it or not , but I see no reason why they wouldn't do it..

However I have far more shares with IG and they did send me emails where I could login and vote for my ISA and trading accounts...

ViolinDog, I have a SIPP with Barclays and also nothing shows on my account, I did phone them and they have voted my shares by proxy, over the phone.

Apparently its not an actionable requirement for them to do anything on this matter , however the open offer when it happens will be sent out to shareholders.

RRR has got to be a lifestyle company for the likes of Andrew Bell.. surely . I remember it from 15years ago and it had nothing then... please feel free to correct me if things have changed...

Aedos and Mr Moody are the only two large shareholder listed as of 20 June 2025 on RKH website

I cant see where Samula got his info from either, however it does say that large current shareholders won't take part in the open offer.

On the Rockhopper website only Adeos Advisers are above 3% so if we don't include them or Sam Moody ( as I am sure he won't want to be excluded from this great offer to the insiders) I make it 1 for every 42 shares held....to be offered to the great unwashed....

Totally agree and was thinking the same sandancer, I suspect that they are pretty much the same institutions that are putting up the funds are also now taking a slice of the project with this placing....

Messer3, yes same as the institutions are getting 1 warrent for every 4 purchased at 53p but our strike price is 80p for the warrents

Space Hopper by my simple calculation it should be about 1 new for 18 held. by dividing the number of shares to be issued by the existing shares outstanding

Could be less as any placee taking part in the first placement will not be participating in the Open offer.

10 mins till the close, we hit the top of the rising channel today and are now pulling back with a topping tail formation about to happen ( probably a short term top) ..anybody else agree with this assessment?

Yes indeed 60 breached Auson , we are in an rising channel and the top of that channel is 66p currently and moving higher daily. bullish.....

Violindog , I did look into buying Navitas about 18 months ago but was not able to with any of my brokers.. all's more the shame as I would have been quids in by now...

WhaleSnail....I think what we should be disturbed about is that we now have proof that any of the directors would be allowed to buy if they wanted to. They're sitting fid out by choice.

Why would they buy any when they get them give free by the incentive plan!!! on top of very generous salaries...

I was amazed when we were initially successful to be honest, but the final NO win result is what I had expect from the start of these proceeding, I've been down this road before with Oxus Gold and they got shafted as well...these tribunals are so political and corrupt...

However well done on the RKH team for getting the insurance policy in place...
