Resignation of Nomad & Joint Broker

Separately, having previously served notice on BMR of its intention to resign, WH Ireland Limited TODAY RESIGNS as Nominated Adviser and joint broker to the Company.

BMR is in advanced discussions with an alternative Nominated Adviser and will make a further announcement in this regard in due course.

IF (i) A NOMINATED ADVISER IS NOT APPOINTED WITHIN ONE MONTH or (ii) the Companies securities are not re-admitted to AIM by 7 August 2018, the admission of the Company's securities to trading on AIM will be cancelled.

After notifying the market that BMR have 1 month to find a Nomad or be de-listed from AIM. The month is now up at close of play. That is a very poor show from the BOD, shareholders in that company must be fuming for the way they are being treated with regards to company updates.
I'm personally hoping now that they are de-listed and the senior board members are voted out via a vote of no confidence. JLP will survive, but this has been a nightmare since the JV announcement. JLP may even get improved conditions, but I would prefer it, if Alex Borelli had no further involvement with ther project for the way he has dealt with this so far.
JLP have lost 50% of their market cap since the announcement. Surely it can only rise from here, even with bad news from BMR.

Edzi, I think on the same lines as you. However, DCM will have improved chrome production through this upgrade, even if the PGM approval is delayed. Our revenue stream will be improved shortly and the PGM rich spoil will be waiting in the wings. I'm not sure if the old stockpiled PGM's rich material will have to go through the new circuit to remove the fine chrom first. The PGM production at DCM will be the icing on the cake for this particular project.
Platcro is easy money for us, we just need to get the stockpile to Northams site.

Kabwe, we should be provided with more information on BMR over the next week and on project design over the next month.

DCM needs the PGM's license approval, thats the reason that 'DCM earnings have been destroyed' - Upgrading plant.
'Platcro is 2 years off earnings' - Market has been told differently.
Kabwe - Correct in your statement at this moment in time.
JLP could be a totally different beast in 3 months.

BMR could become unlisted from the AIM, but still be a PLC and operate as it does now.
From Investopedia:
PLCs can be listed or unlisted on a stock exchange. Like any other major entity, they are strictly regulated and are required to publish their true financial health so shareholders (and future stakeholders) can size up the true worth of their stock. The life span of a PLC is not determined by the death of shareholder.

As long as ' going into administration' isn't mentioned!!

We should be updated this week on BMR's future and if they have one on the AIM. We don't want any mention of BMR going into administration though.
This should then reflect positively on JLP as the picture for Kabwe becomes clearer. Let the reversal of the downtrend begin.

Platinum hit $795/oz today. A lot of companies will be losing money at that price. Depending on how many shut down or go bust (Lonmin??), the recovery could be a very high price when the demand returns.

Good interview, especially the platinum section. JLP could be peaking in it's PGM production in a year and Platinum could be increasing substantially over the next few years. A perfect storm for those still producing.

We are almost 50% down since the BMR deal was announced. SP back to early 2015 valuations.
Platinum has bounced back from a low of $804 to $843. Hopefully we've bottomed out at a low of 2.17p.
I.m glad we raised money for platcro at 4,6p.

Just a guess MH. Trying to put a reason for the big sells. Considering we are expecting a good RNS from ZG meeting this week and all bad news for Q2 should be priced in, why would someone sell at a low point such as this. Desperate!! or in the know??
