A total consideration of GBP 500 000 cash and the issue of 63 166 969 new ordinary shares of Jubilee, From 51th Jan RNS. & Based on the closing price of each Jubilee ordinary share on 11 January 2018 of 3.65 pence, the Jubilee Subscription Shares element of the consideration equates to GBP 2 305 594. & Both the Company and BMR are subject to lock-in and orderly market arrangements for the trading of each of the party's subscription shares for a period of 12 months on normal market terms, such that neither company may sell more than 25% of the Subscription Shares during the first six months and 50% of the Subscription Shares during a period of six months thereafter. Maybe BMR have sold the allowable 25% of JLP shares already. Maybe Jubilee Metals could offer to buy back the remaining JLP shares at market price or discounted to give BMR cash in the bank. We need almost a 100% rise to get back to when the Kabwe deal was RNS'd on 23 Oct 17. Great for the PI buying in now, they will see some shareholder value in the near term. Us LTH's may have to wait until 2019/20 to see a good return. My average @ 3.5p ish. BB

Sorry Paddwah26 but I agree with TheWeeble. If Platinum comes back into fashion ($2000/oz), we would see a big increase in our market cap as we hold the rights to the resource and have permission to recover it. If a JV came along and offered a free carry for 10% of the profits, we would see our mcap increase,due to it being an asset. At this present time I do not see it being valued at much due to our current position and the price of platinum. BB

I would hope they would hand it to the ZG/MM and get proof of receipt.They have until the 8th March 18, but as you say, they appear to be leaving it late. Is there a reason why BMR are dragging their heels? BB

Either way, they are a very large holder of JLP. They have also elected to keep every share. They could have sold some to cover the fees, but declined that option. BB

Good research Moneyhawk. You may have found the reason, but if so, why did they hold the license in the first place? Hopefully we should get some information from the meeting they had or have this week with the Zambian government. BB

Today was mentioned. Maybe we will here later today or this week of the outlook regarding the license and JLP's future in Zambia.

I'm guessing that without the license, they will get zero money from JLP and owe them �300k. BB

We own 30% of BMR - That is still a problem, but only around �2m in value. BB

Fuel Cells will be coming big time, China could be the lead or just go it alone route. Either way, there will be a big demand for platinum just in the east. BB
