Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
I would have thought the price varies as a % of the copper price hence JLP & the small scale miners profits will both increase as the copper price increase. This makes sense to both parties IMHO.

Correct Shuvlin, some will have sold at the bottom or on the way down. They'll always be winners and losers. I hope you become a winner shipmate.
I plan to hold until retirement, and maybe keep most of my holding if they become a dividend paying company. I looking at 4-5 years wrt retirement.

I cant imagine many holders need it to tripple from here!
If they bought into the story at 15-20p, why would they not top up at 5-10p.
As someone mentioned JLP will be getting noticed by traders/chartist and FOMO will start to kick in.
I bought some at 15p, but also bought at many other levels on the way down.

Exactly Buttermilk! The market hasn't priced anything into JLP's SP it just back to where it was at the start of the year and it's meant to be forward looking.
A good update wrt to copper production and this will rerate to the upside.
Some lucky buyers will already be up 20%. Over the next 12-24months all LTH's should be doing very well too.

Hi Kalan, Yeah I was 'One day Rodderz' on II chat. Seems a long time ago now. Didn't like LSE chat as much, but there was nothing else on offer, apart from ADVFN, but wasn't a fan of that site.
As discussed on Monday, hopefully I will get my top up today and then this can breakout to the upside :-)
It's never that easy!

Kalan: I noticed you avoided saying 'then I'd be a millionaire by now.' :-)
As long as we have our health, who needs billions of £'s. JLP might get us to the millionaire level, if we can live long enough!

We're all traders to some degree SeisNav. Some of us are longer term (Middleberg days). I'm the mug that sold out after holding for 5 yrs before the last rise due to the world shutting down. Then bought back in at a higher price, I now have 15% of my original holding. Roll on the Dividend payments :-)

Hi Kalan. I'm happy for 'No News' until Friday, as I plan to buy more on Thurs. However, I'm not normally that lucky. Planning a final top-up of 20k shares and hopefully let it run for a few years. I've no idea where this could be in 5yrs time if everything planned actually happens. But it has to be a £B company.

We may not get another update on projects, but we are expecting news.
From the RNS for the unaudited results,6 months to Dec 23:
Outlook:
Concluding the Waste Rock Project acquisition with our partners IRH by mid-March 2024.
Should be reported in a couple of days, if successful!

On the hydrogen production:
My new boiler is designed to work on a mix of up to 20% hydrogen(Future proof??). We don't yet have energy storage via batteries for generation from wind turbines at off-peak times. It would be useful to use electrolysis to convert this cheap energy and dilute the gas main or use for HFC vehicles. A bit away from JLP, but not much happening here without the news we are awaiting. All well, thanks Kalan.
On another note: I believe SMR's are the way ahead for the grid to avoid. We are probably 10 years behind in the planning for these though and will probably see blackouts/brownouts if gas generation is phased out like coal was.

EV's are not proving that popular!

Although platinum may not be used in these, as Platinum membranes may be substituted in the future.
By the time it turns, JLP will possibly be known as a Copper producer.

BT 'so long as you get a 10 buck increase in the chrome credit'
$10/t profit on 1.7mt is quite significant in my view.
PE ratio's etc all adds to the investment case, but you just write it off when it suit you.
