It's another decent asset. If it does fly i would be looking for a transfer of that value to shareholders by either i) dividend from mining production or ii) special dividend as the site is sold on.

That's my reading of the position. I would also add:
1.. Welsh gold carries a material market premium
2. Alba have investment from a financial institution
3. The Directors are incentivised

Reflecting on recent company announcements it feels to me that the company is now gaining traction.

Smart idea.
Avoids the time and effort of partnering with a jeweller which has been mooted here (still a good idea though). Distribution in size via a minted (Welsh gold Welsh branded) bullion product makes perfect sense. And Isn't there a Mint a few hours away from the location?
