Just saw this recent incorporation, connection to alba

Has anyone else noticed that alba rns announcements seem not to have a 'notes for editors' part. I noticed that a couple of explorers include such a note in some of their rns announcements and it just go me thinking. I don't think these are obligatory but I imagine they help with pr. or perhaps I'm missing a point!

Doing so in this day and age, with shares mostly electronic, is beyond me though.

If a distressed loan, Maybe alba can take possession of that asset and sell it off.

It appears that £2.6m loan to ukog is 10pc money. Reletivly decent income stream albeit accruing. I'll be interested to see if the interest is recognised in the annual accounts.
