A did a quick calc to find out mkt cap of Alba pre colgau acquisition of 49 pc stake. Mkt cap was £12.5m in sept 17. It now controls 90pc of that one plus gwynfynydd, and found some tailings, for £16.5m mkt cap today.

No idea where the 8pc figure banded about came from! How can you even predict a corporate transaction unless you have a crystal ball! Ultimately the proposed terms are not laid out yet so any prediction is just guess work. You might be right or you might be wrong.

I'm not troubled by the proposed transaction. Taken aback yes but troubled no. I now see what pole star resources plc as recently incorporated is for! This is going for big gold.
