As a long term investment it remains a binary play - they know the helium is there, it's a binary on whether they can commercially extract it. For traders it's a different binary play, will the share price rise on expectation before results or not rise due to perceived risk. For short speculators it's a play on whether the price can sink further before it rises again.

People who are interested in FUD will fixate on anything they can to promote it. There was already an RNS confirming these items were on schedule to arrive in the 'second week of September' for a spud date in the 'second half of September'. Nothing has changed.

6 million share options were granted at 13p on 16 February 2022 for to “new members of the management team”. These were “over a three -year period in three equal tranches (being 1/3 on the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of grant).”

15.5 million options were made at 22p on 15 June 2021 to management and directors, but those were “ subject to performance related vesting conditions being; completion of the 3 well drilling programme within budget, and on time, and a successful flow of helium bearing gas to surface from any of the 3 wells.” And again, in three tranches from December 2021.

As it says, the shares are to fill various options and warrants (anything from director options to contractors taking part payment in stock)

I don’t understand why you keep posting over and over again the same questions. As people have answered every time, you had an RNS confirming the schedule of second week in September for the remaining items and second half of September for spud, both on track. You’ve had announcements about hiring crew, setting up camp, digging roads, erecting the rig, you have photos, Tweets, PowerPoint, etc. An RNS isn’t a newsletter, it’s a regulatory announcement to the market of news material to share price. You will get one when there’s an update material to the market, which is likely after the spud or end of the month if there hasn’t been spud.

There will be an RNS after spud, when the drill is turning. We already had an RNS about ‘long lead items’ to say they were on schedule. The only reason for another RNS would be if there was a delay. Unless advised otherwise you can assume spud is on schedule for the second half of September.

There is no problem buying shares anywhere, there are loads of shares available, these posts are just the usual ramping

Seriously Cocobeans, the company has communicated almost every day recently with either a Tweet, or an RNS or a website update. There is no problem of communication. You won't get an operational update RNS until the drill is turning.

So all your 'buy' posts have been loss making so far.

As I said, the 16% discount at 0.15p is slightly less than the 21% dilution so the company did marginally better than worse case but sure, I agree they were had over a barrel by the banks for the amount they needed versus the equity given away, barely mounts to three months cash flow from the new well.

The discount was less than the dilution so net positive placing overall
