No-one has said any such thing. Recent RNSs have reported funds raised to cover the next phase of operations (the development wells in Colorado) and for working capital (until mid 2025). Currently funded for next 6-9 months, no reported shortfall.

I think there’s quite a lot that isn’t clear yet, but hopefully will be clarified later. For now Rukwa is on the back burner while the action is all in Colorado this quarter. It’s fair enough for the market to be cautious until there’s progress, first in Colorado then in Rukwa.

Yes, it’s just a block listing of some shares that were already issued in the recent placement. It won’t affect the total number in issue at that previous date. You’ll find a similar RNS in March after an earlier placing. It’s just housekeeping.

What is this placing for? Why would they have a placing a couple of weeks after the last one, when they’ve already raised the funds to cover all planned operations and working capital until June next year?

Let’s not overblow the Houston summit. It’s a useful networking opportunity and it’s very timely access to all the US based industry actors. But it’s not an HE1 spotlight, it’s just a panel discussion on the challenges facing small startup companies, the other small companies are there too. However, it’s great that HE1 has CEO level representation, maybe some good will come of it.

Not sure where your 45m shares are from. Do you mean the block listing? Those shares were already issued in the most recent raise - a 10% dilution of 590m shares

A year ago there were 941,456,430 shares (c. 1bn), now there are 5.9bn, but all that was done a long time ago after the failure at Tai.

Sure, that’s normal enough on any AIM bulletin board, some don’t even bother changing names. None of the banter affects the share price to any degree either way.

More interesting I think is who, if anyone, buys up the Eyasi and Balingida exploration licences that HE1 have just handed back to the government. HE1 don’t regard them as viable for their strategy, despite 10% helium surface seeps and positive surveys. Will they prove viable for a larger player?

Why do you think it would be fast tracked when the company does not expect it? What’s the difference between a little foreign startup company like HE1 and all the other mining companies applying for licences?

They don’t “want your shares” Crypt, another nonsense myth if AIM boards. They don’t have shares, they don’t need shares. They’re leveraged short bets, they profit each time the SP goes down.

Permit approval, farm in deal concluded, and spud news (x5) will be the positive news for SP in Q4, hopefully followed by Rukwa mining licence approval.

Why do you predict income in Q4 when the RNS says “The initial wells are expected to be on stream and producing in H1 2025”

The FS is confidential, not for publication. There will be some key facts and assumptions in it that would be helpful for the market to know when they’re abstracted into a research note or competent person’s report or for shareholder presentation (but I’m not sure that will happen before there’s a mining licence). I do think any revised resource estimates should be advised to market though as soon as confirmed.

It’s just a personal opinion, like most else on this board. We’ll have to wait for the board to clarify the strategy as they go forward, but I sense they have made a significant pivot in their business direction (partly of necessity). Unlike many here, I do trust that they know what they’re doing in terms of startup business development, but it’s a ruthless sector and AIM is a cesspit, often a rough ride for early shareholders.

It’s no different to trying to ramp up the price with fake positives (just as bad). It’s how these boards work. The short spread betters make profit for each decimal point the SP drops. They lose money for every point it rises (potentially a lot more money). The meaningless posting is just degrees of greed or fear accordingly.
