The comparison to other projects is a tricky one as there aren’t any helium comparators and the relevant actors in country will have to consider and understand what the proposal means, especially for the ESIA. This is a proposal for an entirely new industry in an economically undeveloped region with some environmental sensitivities. It’s 30 wells and connecting pipelines over a wide area, with enormous amounts of groundwater extraction. It was never going to be ‘fast tracked’ as some here suggested. On the other hand, it’s not open cast mining, and it’s not infrastructure heavy, or polluting flaring gas, and there maybe good uses for the water.

No-one, least of all the CEO, has ever given a deadline for the ML decision. There is none. She’s simply outlined the intelligence from their in-country sources that suggests an estimate of ‘around three months’ based on other recent projects. Anything else is speculation.

Toffers, they employed a specialist team for 6 months to prepare the procedures and their in-country team is in the best possible place to know roughly how long it might take. It was always "around three months", nothing has changed.

Yes, CEO said she anticipated the licence "after around three months" from submission and "hopefully by the end of the year", based on intelligence from their in country team, not a prediction or a deadline.

It hasn’t gone up or down for a while, the price is so low in decimal points that the spread is 0.004 / 0.005 so all you’re seeing is whether there was a buy or a sell at the end of the day (+25% or -20%)
