daltry You are correct … sorry.
Should have been addressed to Biffadog.
p.s. I was referring to coning in general ... I definitely don't think that HUR has any such problem.
daltry
Can you explain why you think that coning can be solved by shutting in the well for a period of time …. surely once pumping starts again you'll be back where you started unless something else has changed.
It looked like RKH was taking off. after it opened @ 16.00p on Friday morning, but on closer look it was only for 1 share.
Someone playing silly b*ggers trying to manipulate the share price ?
Time / date Buy / sell Volume Price Value

Adoubleuk … you say
"This is a premium-quality (reflected in price) light oil, comparable to Brent, the 'benchmark' for such high-quality crudes. As distinct from another benchmark, WTI (West Texas Intermediate) which is heavier."
But the following says that WTI is slightly lighter than Brent

Taverham ... You are right. I hadn't noticed the 2017 date.
But what concerned me was the following comment.
" In Scotland, over two billion litres of pot ale is produced each year, along with three-quarters-of-a-million tonnes of draff,’ Tangney says. Currently, much of this waste is dumped into the sea, where strong currents carry it elsewhere,"
Forget about Hydrogen or electricity … the Scots are going to be running their cars on whiskey !

Anyone looking for something to read, on this quiet Sunday afternoon, may find this report to be quite interesting.

Both our links are correct … but for different weeks.
Genghis15 Rigs were down last week.

littlened "Is there any relevance to HUR ? "
Yes … affects the price of oil which in turn affects HUR free cash flow.
Very impressed by PMO presentation.
PMO really starting to fire on all cylinders … great news for RKH.
RKH current Market value is about $94 million.
PMO reckons Sea Lion free cash flow will reach $1.5 billion ,,, RKH's share will be about $600 million.
So RKH market value is less than 1/6th of projected free cash flow !
Once financing is announced, RKH should take off.
p.s. Could someone check my maths and correct me if I'm wrong.

At this very moment, Wind power is supplying 10.49GW (28.01%) to the national grid.

Oil draw figures are pointless unless they also quote Imports.
Last week the inventory build was mainly caused by a jump in imports.

This graph seems to enforce what you say about being held at 93p

The last paragraph of your post seems to make it clear.
"We have successfully achieved our start-up data acquisition objectives and commenced the evaluation of this material. Up to 12 months of stable production will be required in order to provide a clear view of the reservoir and enable us to plan for associated full field development scenarios."
continued …
A lot of investors don't want to hang around for a year and are putting their money elsewhere for the time being .. thus the partial reason for drop in SP
It's a bit frustrating that HUR haven't explained too well what they mean by "6-12 months analysis ".
Did it start at first-oil or are we still waiting for it to start when both wells go into full production early next year ?
The analysis could be up last month or it could be early 2021 ...that's a huge difference in time frame.
Does anyone else feel they are developing DPS Dual Personality Syndrome ?
ASDA have an offer 25% off if you buy 6 bottles of winel.
So I ordered a dozen … 12 bottles for the price of 9.
But even as I was hitting the buy button, HUR SP dropped a bit further and I lost a few more £100s. Put a bit of a damper on my ASDA purchase.
So here I am, patting myself on the back with one hand while wiping away the tears with the other …. DPS !.
Can't wait until HUR SP starts reaching the higher value that it deserves and can get back to enjoying the small things in life !
If the water averages 8% then that's approx. 40,000 barrels of water in every load of oil.
What happens to it ?
Is it off-loaded to a tanker to be processed onshore or is it dumped into the sea after a cleanup ?
