Looks like the advanced offtake discussions have once again gone to the bottom of the pile.

Brings into question what constitutes advanced, as I’d expect any advanced negotiation, in the final stage, to take a bit less than a quarter of a year to close out

€1,300 raised in a little over a month. Not exactly gaining huge support

Investor boredom I guess.

Plus, if there’s been very little positive reaction to the news thus far, then there’s a reduced expectation for any potential good news regarding offtakes partnerships etc. (basically the assumption that whatever comes next, there’ll be an element of it shafting the minority partner).

I don’t think the DFS has helped much, and the dangled carrot of advanced offtake discussions has been used so many times previously it doesn’t really hold any weight in terms of positive expectations either.

Plus side - maybe they’ll want Emh out of the way.

I disagree - to have ticked off so many milestones, and a few extra ones which weren’t expected, to still be heading firmly in the wrong direction is a bad sign.

Probably shouldn’t have expected anything different given the track record, but it’s not enough after all this time to be hoping for a buyout to stop the rot.

I think we’re wanted out of this by CEZ/gov, and they’ll do what they can to screw shareholders in the process. If only Keith could be a bit more honest

In this case the race has been running so long, both the hare and the tortoise have expired!

Given the company doesn’t pay dividends, arguably the share price is everything!

Either way, whatever they’re doing to improve the value either isn’t believed by the market, or isn’t working

Continuing in the wrong direction however…

I don’t for a second doubt that it’s possible, but the hoops to jump through to get there seem never ending, even with CRMA and gov backing.

I also expect that offtake negotiators are going to be finding one major sticking point (floor price), but it seems they never learn with regards to wording in their news releases, and inevitably this leads to disappointment and the price reversing almost all gains, rather than any positive movement to reflect value of stage progression.

I think the mountain should be just fine if they never get round to doing any mining!

Everything pointing in the right direction here.

It’s now 2 months since the first mention of ‘finalisation of advanced offtake discussions’. That is, if you don’t consider the ‘ink ready’ comments of many many years back as essentially the same thing.

It’s no wonder the market shows very little confidence/belief in this.

Doesn’t change the fact that large blocks of shares are now changing hands below the recent placing price

I’d be happy for the decision to be made for me as to selling up. Not at 16pps however!

Is it just me, or does the timescale shift back a year, pretty much every year?

Either they (CEZ) don’t want this to happen, or they want us PI’s to give up and move on…

No wonder the market is continuing to express doubts.

Come on - get at least one offtake over the line so we can finally see some return on our patience!
