Doesn’t sound like offtakes are close either given they’re trying to get performance shares agreed. Definitely weren’t that close at Christmas, nor the numerous times Keith has lied about them previously either.

Can’t see why they’d bother doing that at the current price, but dropping below 5% could be significant possibly? (Best case scenario they may have been asked to to streamline some sort of change which requires significant shareholder agreement?)

I don’t believe it could have ever opened in 2021 (despite what the early investor presentations stayed), but could have been open by now. That said, it might have been canned due to collapsing lithium price if it had, so perhaps the delays will work

This is only going to get worse until the EU get their plans together. Really ought to be adding pressure to timescales, but all we hear is of slippage at the moment. Would be nice to think at some point the penny will drop, and they’ll actually get a move on!

Added to which the lithium price continues upward, not far off dfs assumption now, which you’d think ought to help also 🤷‍♂️

I’d much rather the shares I already have become worth more, than be given the ‘opportunity’ to buy more cheaper!

Not sure it’d be happily, but I agree that the ££ valuations are fairly unlikely as things stand

I didn’t say the only tech, I just was just saying lithium isn’t going to be phased out any time soon.

The donut battery being a load of hot air won’t hurt either. Looks like we’re stuck with this battery tech a while longer, whilst the next is also going to need lots of lithium.

Looks like the advanced offtake discussions have once again gone to the bottom of the pile.

Brings into question what constitutes advanced, as I’d expect any advanced negotiation, in the final stage, to take a bit less than a quarter of a year to close out
