Reading the commencement of drilling RNS it says: ' Once we have defined the resources here, South Africa and the JV partners will make its choices and we will determine the next stage of development.'
Maybe we get an RNS when they have made their choice to let us know the next stage, whatever that may be.
My own opinion is that no RNS today is positive but who knows.

Mm's probably just responding to all the sells, not many trades anyway, and once again 6p proves a barrier Zephyr cannot cross for long. Frustrating but it's where we are until Paradox actually starts to produce in decent amounts. Otherwise, all cash coming in quickly goes out.

You are missing the point, if you didn't realise they had said three wells this year you need to go back over the interviews and what does this mean, 'In parallel with the work on the State 16-2LN-CC well, the Company is also at an advanced stage of planning for a three well drill programme on the Paradox project expected to commence in the second half of this year.'

MTucker. Why do you think the permits will be granted this week? I hope so but management miscalculated badly and there is no knowing when they will land. We were supposed to drill 3 wells this quarter and a third of the quarter has gone without even a permit. Fingers crossed but prepared for a long wait.

Quite a few decent buys still coming in, outstripping 'sells' so we may even end up blue to day.

If I were working on the permits and someone kept pestering for an update every day I'd just put them to the bottom of the pile again!

The later the better is seems as far as an RNS is concerned. We don't actually know when spud happened only when operations commenced on 4th October and they may or may not be two different things.
They also stated ''...we look forward to updating the market, our partners and all stakeholders in the coming weeks on our progress and the Gazania-1 exploration well results."
Progress? Will we be given an update at TD as it implies there may be news before the result of the drill? Or am I reading something into it that isn't there?

Yes, the 25th was a little premature I think, wishful thinking. However, we don't actually know when spud happened, we only know when operations started on the 4th. They reckon on 25 days drilling so even if spud took place on the 5th that takes up to Sunday 30th October.
And how long will logging take once they reach TD, a day perhaps? Practically speaking we should be into next week before results are known. Monday 31st October to Thursday 3rd November is my rough window. The longer it takes the better. All in my opinion only.
